I was so lucky to find Janice and Ed and Fetch!! I have a special needs cat, diabetic and asthmatic! Yikes, not easy to find someone to come into my home and check my cat's glucose level, give insulin injection according to level, AND give my senior cat his inhaler! But Fetch has the PERFECT caregiver, Sarah, and my cat and I are so blessed! I can go away on vacation knowing my kitty is not only well taken care of but genuinely loved!!! Sarah even sends texts with pics almost daily while i am away!! My cat usually hides from company but he never hides from Sarah, She is wonderful! What a great experience! My usual pet sitter bailed last minute literally as I was leaving and I was so lucky to google and Fetch! Pet Care came up. I read all the reviews and called that minute the next day my pet sitter Zac was at my front door! We went over the animal's schedule as I have 1 dog and 5 cats so a lot to know and do but Zac was amazing he was so great with our dog Bentley and the cats Zac walked Bentley twice a day played with him, he cleaned up after the cats, took in our mail and helped me with a water situation! We have used fetch pet care several times and love them. Margy and Mary are Great! We leave our pets (three dogs,one cat and a pond full of koi) in their care for a week to ten days at a time. They will text you with any updates or problems. Two of the dogs require meds which they take care of . I never have to worry about our pets they always receive lots of love and care. Janice is always a pleasure to book with and Margy will always touch base ahead of time to see if there are any changes.. This is the best and most reliable pet service I have ever found. Janice and Ed are truly a rarity in this business- they love animals and it shows in the dedication they put forth in their business and the level of care their service provides. This summer, our dog was walked for an hour a day by Bruno from GOFETCH and he was terrific!! My dog still waits by the door at eight o'clock to be picked up. Janice and Ed have offered us a great piece of mind when we go on vacation and leave our 2 doggies behind. We have always been happy with the care of our pups and wouldn't leave them with anyone else. Recently we decided to leave our dogs at home and have a sitter from Fetch stay with them. We set up video to monitor the care and the pups were well taken care of. Most importantly they were happy to be in their home, greeted the sitter with wagging tails and were clean. I asked Janice and Ed to take care of my very young puppy as soon as I brought him home but had to return to work. They did a great job of introducing him to other dogs in a safe and thoughtful way. As a result, my 7lb Havanese loves other dogs (big and small). They are also incredibly accommodating and flexible. Every time I asked them to take my dog for an extra day or additional hours they have always said yes and been very accommodating. Fetch! Pet Care is wonderful. We have a cat who needs to take medicine twice a day. She is not very friendly to anyone other than family members. The cat sitter, Casey, from Fetch! is terrific with our cat. She is able to get her to take her pills, brush her and play with her.
