I had the best experience booking with Irene . She was very communicative and answered any questions and was always available when I called her ! From start to finish Irene and her team took care of every last thing. I got to relax and be in the moment because of how organized and efficient her and her team were. We just celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday party here and I cannot stop raving to people about how much we loved it. The booking process was so easy and painless and day of event was SO easy. Hosting a party can be anxiety inducing but not here! They told us exactly what to bring and they even unloaded our car, put everything in its place day of and facilitated all the activities so that we could enjoy our time with our guests. My daughter LOVED it and so many of the guests were fascinated by all the cute game ideas, dance party and just how well structured the event was. The venue itself is also so well decorated that we didn't need to provide much-I literally only added the #5 balloon because the location is already so cute. Overall, highly recommend!!!

We had our daughters' birthday party here three years ago. We had such an amazing time , we decided to come back!! I love the service. Irene is always available for questions early morning or evening, she will answer your calls. I recommend especially if you haven't seen how adorable this place is.. it's a must see !

This review will be from a Dad's point of view. Because of covid we had not celebrated my daughter's birthday in a public establishment. My wife and I agreed that her big 5 would finally be celebrated accordingly. After many searches we decided to book Petite Palazzo's Tea and Spa package. I'm not sure what we were expecting but WOW! Irene kept us informed throughout and when she said they would handle everything, that they did! What a beautiful venue and class staff. The biggest and most important part was seeing my little girls big smile throughout the entire event. To say we were all delighted would be an understatement. Thank you so much Irene and the entire Fairies!

Oh my, where do I start? From the beginning, I reached out to Petite Palazzo and spoke with Irene. Super friendly and helpful with all of my questions and/or concerns regarding booking this venue for my daughter's 10th birthday party. I had never seen it in person before, I just trusted the online reviews and photos. OMG, I'm sure glad I did! This place is absolutely gorgeous! From the chandeliers to the mani station, to the pedi station to the stage and adult area...beautiful! The dining area, super cute! Fits quite a bit of lil ones. Did I mention how clean everything was!? From the start of me arriving on that day, Irene and the fairies unloaded all the decorations, food and favors! They set it all up and kept telling me not to worry and that they were handling everything! To just enjoy and greet my guests. Wow, I can't express to you the awesome customer service we received from these beautiful ladies! My daughter had an absolute blast! Irene and the fairies really pampered her and made her feel special on her day! They also were very inclusive towards all the lil girls that attended. After the girls got their salon treatments, they ate, put on a fashion show, danced, played games and cut the cake! No better way than to spend a very girly birthday! I just want to say from the bottom of my heart to Irene and the fairies, THANK YOU for making my daughter's birthday a success! My husband and I were so HAPPY we chose you for our daughter's party! Your customer service, venue and hard work was so much appreciated!!!! I received so many compliments from the moms that attended, they all told me great choice and beautiful venue. My daughter had the most incredible 6th birthday party here recently. The owner, Irene, was so responsive from the moment I first called, and I was able to text with her to confirm everything, including add-ons. All of the party packages are customizable which is great. We chose the cupcake decorating party, including manis, and we added on makeup, fairy floss, etc. On the day of the party, I didn't have to worry about anything. The helpers set everything up for me and handled it all. It was very well-organized and our guests had a great time. The most adorable place for little princesses!

When I say that my daughters birthday was perfect, it would be an understatement. From the time we pulled up, there was a staff member waiting for us. Before I could even open my trunk, all the staff were lined up to empty my trunk and set it all up. The venue itself is stunning. The decor that awaits you is 10/10 perfection.
