Wow, I have so many great things to say about Petite Palazzo! First of all, it's a beautiful event space. You don't really have to provide decorations because it's cute and beautiful as it is. The Fairies (event hosts) orchestrated the event perfectly that all the parents have to do is enjoy their time watching their little girl and taking pictures. They have a great way of having all the girls follow their directions all in a fun and exciting way. They got mani/pedis, had lunch served to them by the Fairies, and the girls put on an actual fashion show on a runway! Lots of dancing, lights, and music involved too. What was especially great was the fact that they set up all the children with the birthday girl so that some nice group photos can be taken of them at the cake table. Normally parents have wrangle all the kids but not here. They do it all! They set up everything from start to finish and are very accommodating. If you're thinking about where to plan your next event, 100% you should do it here because it was beyond fabulous! I can't say enough good things. We just celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday party here and I cannot stop raving to people about how much we loved it. The booking process was so easy and painless and day of event was SO easy. Hosting a party can be anxiety inducing but not here! They told us exactly what to bring and they even unloaded our car, put everything in its place day of and facilitated all the activities so that we could enjoy our time with our guests. My daughter LOVED it and so many of the guests were fascinated by all the cute game ideas, dance party and just how well structured the event was. My wife and I agreed that her big 5 would finally be celebrated accordingly. After many searches we decided to book Petite Palazzo's Tea and Spa package. I'm not sure what we were expecting but WOW! Oh my, where do I start? From the beginning, I reached out to Petite Palazzo and spoke with Irene. Super friendly and helpful with all of my questions and/or concerns regarding booking this venue for my daughter's 10th birthday party. I had never seen it in person before, I just trusted the online reviews and photos. OMG, I'm sure glad I did! This place is absolutely gorgeous! From the chandeliers to the mani station, to the pedi station to the stage and adult area...beautiful! The dining area, super cute! Fits quite a bit of lil ones. Did I mention how clean everything was!? From the start of me arriving on that day, Irene and the fairies unloaded all the decorations, food and favors! They set it all up and kept telling me not to worry and that they were handling everything! To just enjoy and greet my guests. Wow, I can't express to you the awesome customer service we received from these beautiful ladies! My daughter had an absolute blast! Irene and the fairies really pampered her and made her feel special on her day! They also were very inclusive towards all the lil girls that attended. My daughter had the most incredible 6th birthday party here recently. The owner, Irene, was so responsive from the moment I first called, and I was able to text with her to confirm everything, including add-ons. All of the party packages are customizable which is great. We chose the cupcake decorating party, including manis, and we added on makeup, fairy floss, etc. On the day of the party, I didn't have to worry about anything. This Venue is absolutely beautiful. We celebrated our 8 yr olds birthday here and all the guests loved it. Then of course our 6 yr old wanted to have her birthday here as well. The owner Irene is amazing. She makes sure all your questions are answered and she's very hands on with the entire process. She takes all the stress off of the parents. I came here last weekend for my cousins 4 year old birthday party, and it was the most precious and adorable thing I have seen in a long time! The girls working there were incredible with the girls, and all the girls had a great time! From pedicures, to manicures, even mini facials, and topping it off with a fashion show and dance party, it was a blast to say the least! They also seemed to be doing a great job during Covid times. I found Petite Palazzo (Pasadena) online and figured it would be the perfect setting for her 6th birthday party - and I was right. They were so easy to book with, the detailed website was extremely helpful, and the venue is pink perfection. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left - the fairies took care of everything. While they unloaded our car and set up, another fairy did my daughter's hair and makeup ahead of her guests arriving. Once her 9 friends arrived, the entire 2.5 hours were filled with activities. They were so accommodating to our Ariel princess who came for an hour - they even stepped in to help her with face painting! The fairies prioritized pictures and made sure we captured every moment. She assured us that all Covid protocols would be followed and that all the workers were all vaccinated. I have to be honest, I FELT LIKE I WAS AT DISNEYLAND. This little place felt so positive and magical. The decoration, theme, music, and the spirit of the workers. My daughter had such a great time singing and dancing. She had a big smile on her face the whole entire time. We had some unexpected siblings from the guests showed up and they accommodated all the children. No one was left sitting waiting at any points. The 2 hours that we booked for was COMPLETELY organized and planned. I felt like it was worth every single penny! They handled all the activities and cleaning up. My daughter loved everything from the rose petal foot spa and massage, to the amazing manicures where she choose cute decals to put on, from her choosing some nice eyeshadows to wear. Booked this for my daughter to take a break during this whole Covid thing, kids need a breather and we needed bonding time , the place was super clean it's only by appointment so it's only your princess and an adult . The moment you go In they are super nice and you feel welcomed. My daughter got her little Minnie pedi and mani she got her eye make up and got to dance for me , everything was such a lovely experience I even felt like crying just to see my daughter laugh and smile .
