The moment you go In they are super nice and you feel welcomed. This is for the Huntington Park Location. I went with my daughter for a Mommy and Me spa experience. It was adorable and it made her day. We had polish on our toes and fingers, drinks in champagne glasses (plastic, for safety) and a dance party on a lighter catwalk with lights and smoke machine. Mommy enjoyed her mimosa with actual champagne. I loved this treat with my little girl and she wants to bring her grandma next. As they do not use cutting implements, they only polish, it's perfectly safe! They also use Ella and Mia polish, which is 17-free. We loved our time and will be returning for our spa ritual. read more

The girls had so much fun getting their manis, pedis and makeup done and then... the games, dancing and fashion show! Such a blast! The fairies made everything magical and super special and best part.....I didn't have to do a darn thing but enjoy watching the girls, eat and take pictures! They unloaded the car, set up the food and cake table, kept the girls involved and entertained and cleaned and packed everything up after! Best customer service ever! I had my daughter's 6th birthday party here and it was fantastic! When they say "we'll take care of everything" they really mean it. The friendly staff helped unload/load my car and set up the entire party (food, drinks, desserts). The spa is very clean and beautifully decorated in a pink color scheme and sparkling chandeliers. My daughter and her friends loved the manicures and pedicures and really enjoyed walking the runway in the fashion show and playing games. In addition, all of the mommies enjoyed the party as well, because there was time for us to sit and chat as the staff took care of everything at the party. We just had the most amazing princess tea party here for my 5 year old. From start to finish they handled everything seamlessly. This place is very turn key but I decided to do my own tea service and food, still they greeted me at the car and ushered everything inside and within 30 minutes they setup everything without me saying a word. I didn't have to think about a thing and all of the parents kept commenting on what an amazing time their girls had. After countless searches, I must say how lucky and fortunate I was to of found the royal spa in Pasadena, Ca. This little girl spa was the perfect birthday present for my little girl and all her guests. My daughter was treated to a special cucumber facial and manicure and so were all of our little guests. And best of all , they use non chemical paraben free products. A good friend of mine had her daughter's 6th birthday here. This venue is everything a little princess would dream of. I have a spring and winter baby myself and typically throw their parties at indoor playgrounds because you can never predict the weather. So I know a thing or 2 about good vs. mediocre venues. Anyhow, comparing experiences I felt the staff could've been more lively. While doing the girls manis and pedis there was little to no conversation. There was no music until karaoke. Luckily, another friend of ours is full of life and got the girls excited but not everyone has "that friend" and neither was it her job. read more

What a wonderful venue for any little girl's birthday! I had my daughters 5th birthday here and it was such a positive experience from beginning to end. The booking process was friendly and easy; great customer service(over the phone) is something I always appreciate! The day of the party, I was worried about whether the 20 minute time frame to set up for the party would be sufficient, but Brianna and her assistant were on top of everything as soon as I walked in and helped me to quickly set my decorations up. The Royal Spa is already beautifully decorated though...walking in was practically breathtaking with the princess pink color scheme and sparkling chandeliers! All of my guests were in such awe of the place and the little girls felt like real princesses every step of the way. They had mani/pedi/makeup done while the adults lunched in he food room and had mimosas that I was allowed to bring in (major bonus points there) :) For the little ones, there was music playing, spa robes, a stage for the girls to dance on, and fun lighting to set the mood. The party was already going perfectly...then entered, Queen Elsa...making the event go from great to amazing! I added on the Princess Character to my package...definitely worth the extra $. It was booked through The Royal Spa, meaning I didn't have to do any of the calling etc. Queen Elsa did storytelling, singing, games, and a birthday coronation after the cake. It was all perfect and was an unforgettable experience for my daughter. All in all, I highly recommend this place. I wouldn't hesitate to book again for an event or even just to take my daughter in for a little royal spa treatment. read more

I had reserved a date to celebrate daughters birthday party there. Staff including manager were not willing to work with me on accommodating any requests. One of the girls invited is not comfortable doing nails which was part of package so I asked manager if she was willing to switch mani pedi and makeup for maybe a hairdo which was cheaper. She said "no, she simply could go through the experience and wash it off at the end." You are only allowed one parent per paid child and everyone else has to pay $7.00 just to be there. The manager would rather turn away a package of $750 just to not accurate a few reasonable requests. She told me that it seemed better for me to cancel and find a different venue because I had plenty of time. Not a way to do business in my opinion. I hope you guys think before reserving here. read more

This is the cutest spot for a little girl's birthday party. My daughter has been invited to Royal Spa more than 4 times in the past few months and loves it. The staff is friendly, the venue is super clean and new, decor is on par for a little princess and her friends with cute little velvety chairs. There is also a catwalk for girls to sing, dance and pose. The girls love to sing karaoke and get pampered with their personal spa treatment (mani and pedi). Great location.
