After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.

The company was supposed to come take the couch and it took many days and a not-so-nice conversation with the owner to get the couch removed. I'd never dealt with something like this before and looked to them to help me know what to do...and I learned from my mistakes. Chris blamed his crew and threatened to fire his people in an angry tone on the phone with me - as if it was going to be my fault people would lose their jobs. The couch cleaners (who are also carpet cleaners) came on Tuesday and the house cleaners came Wednesday. Both worked very efficiently, especially the house cleaners who managed to clean our two story, three bedroom place in a little over an hour between the three of them. Overall, I was happy with the job. There were a few things overlooked like the trash in the bathrooms but the big picture was satisfactory! The price was competitive compared with a couple of other quotes I got. Ricky called me after they were done for payment over the phone which was easy and he was very kind. I'd definitely consider opting in for a more regular cleaning with Maids Envy if we want that down the line.

Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.
