Carlos was quick to respond and provided a fair quote after sending him appropriate photos and videos of my home. Scheduling was quick and easy. On the day of the install, Trevor was the superstar and performed the installation for all the systems. Jimmy also stopped by to quickly add an electrical outlet for the water softening system. Trevor was kind, worked efficiently, and was very good at confirming exact details with how we wanted our systems installed (e.g., where we wanted the softening system to drain, the exact location for the reverse osmosis faucet). His work on the pipes was also very clean, and he did a great job educating me on how to use the systems and proper maintenance. They also threw in a free first bag of salt. Overall, had a fantastic experience and will be recommending them to our friends and family. We also plan to reach out again in the future for a new water heater.

The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

Everything available on the market was either not big enough or over priced. Im so happy I came across Watterfic. After a 30 min phone call with Ken I knew he was the real deal. Ken right away built me a custom system that fits my needs and at a fantastic price. I got 4 other quotes and nobody got close to touching what Ken was offering. The install was perfect. Ken's and his teams professionalism and customer service is unmatched. I've hired many contractors before and nobody has had the customer service skills he had. I peppered him with endless questions and he answered every single one. My water is night and day difference too. This is hands down the greatest quality of life purchase and investment I made and im glad I had Ken and the Watterfic team do the work.

First of all, he was super quick to respond. Within 1 minute of sending out a request, he responded right away with a call. At the end, we decided to go with the DROP city smart water, which is a conditioner and water softening system. To go with it, we also opted for the RO installation. If you have extra to spend, definitely get the RO water. It's the waterdrop x12 and really expensive if you decided to get it on amazon and install it yourself. Installation took around 6-7 hours for everything and Ken takes time to explain how to use the system thoroughly. He answered all my questions on the spot. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Not saying it is cheap, but it is a great investment for your home. I already started feeling a difference washing my hands.
