The pulled pork was done perfectly, melting in my mouth with great flavor and texture. I quickly pulled out my wallet and purchased a brisket sandwich. Both mustard and tomato based sauces were provided in condiment cups. I dipped a small scrap of brisket in the mustard sauce, tasted and then the tomato. Both were scratch made with very good, layered flavor profiles. I decided the tomato sauce would work better with the brisket and ate one of the best brisket sandwiches I have ever had.
