Called Daniel at Inter Mountain on Friday afternoon - said on the way via tow truck. He found a spot for me following Wednesday. Dropped truck off at 1:30pm. Got a call back two hours later saying repair was done. They saw the frustration I had in the truck breaking down at the start of holidays and got right on it as soon as I left. Great facility, customer comforts, no gouging on extras, honesty and customer first attitude. So impressed. Owner Mark and his wife even dropped by our campsite to say hi and see if we needed anything else. Wish they were closer to home to handle all my automotive needs. I'll be spreading the word. He seems on edge and aggressive. Most of what he says is reasonable information if he could say it without making it seem like he is attacking you in the process. I would like to recommend this mechanic but unfortunately I can not. It's a customer service industry. Don't make regular, unassuming customers feel like they are causing you problems by being there.
