I had questions he answered them and showed me how to do a couple of things I asked about. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Had I taken it to where I had purchased it, I probably wouldn't have gotten it fixed for a month. This is the kind of service I haven't seen in years. The cashier was also great, resolving an issue with their machine reading my card. And she was patient and nice the whole time. They didn't have watering cans, but the staff member said that they do get them donated. Staff said donations to the thrift shop should be limited to handheld items, no doors/large building materials/etc. Check here before spending a fortune at a hardware store!
