I was replacing the railing on my front porch and, indeed, they had what I was looking for. I was given a quote after giving them exact measurements. So I asked my contractor to go and pick up the materials needed - quote in hand -! . He calls me to tell me that it would be $300 additional PLUS a 3% charge for using my credit card. WHAT? Contractor told me that the additional cost was for brackets - which I was specifically told were included in the original estimate. So we went from $580.- something to $888.85. I was forced to go ahead with it since now I have no railing and it is a dangerous situation. NOT HAPPY!

When it finally cleared out, two workers practically shoved their way through the aisle to straighten up. They probably have to do this duty at some point before close but they took a long time and were in my way, spent the whole time talking loud about random things. This made it very difficult for me to read and decide on pet products. :( They offered no help or greetings and made me uncomfortable and feel panicked. Touching the cans seems like a one person job Especially in already overcrowded aisles. The customer service was nonexistent. While in line a totally different worker was standing on shelving touching products in the same way... probably an end of night duty but it was very rude and uncomfortable while the line was wrapped around and full of people waiting and waiting. I'll stick with Amazon !

The quality of wood is soooo beautiful. We always get amazing compliments from anyone who sees the kitchen for the first time including from other service people who look with that "critical eye" of a professional. Both experiences- Whispering Pine never tried to sell us their design but helped us to bring our design to life. Over the years I have needed things from them: an extra shelf, extra stain/paint, shelf pegs and Whispering Pines looks back at our kitchen plan and provides them. Yesterday the spice-pull out from 2012 jammed (due to loose screw) and Edward from Whispering Pines came by and fixed the problem at no cost to us(13 years after the install)!!!!! The artistry, skills and work ethic that comes with Whispering Pines is unmatched.

He had so many excuses but promised that it wouldn't happen again. The next storm saw over 14" of snow and again, I had to keep calling and texting, only to get more excuses. I told Rosato that if he couldn't honor the contract I wanted a refund. On February 17, 2022 he promised a refund via text. Today is June 16, 2022. We were supposed to go to Canandaigua Town Court tonight at 4:40pm for small claims court. At approximately 10am, Rosato showed up at our home and stuck a postal money order in the door, refunding the amount promised FOUR MONTHS AGO. He may have barely missed having a judgment in readily available public records, but I am doing this review so no one else has to have elderly parents snowbound or promises made broken. There is certain level of professionalism expected when entering a contract. There is NO professionalism with this man whatsoever.
