If there was a star below one that's what they would be getting.Horrendous customer service,I booked my car in Peter Vardy Perth last July for a service,they never stamped my book and registered the service under another car. when I phoned up to get my book stamped as I was selling the car the service manager made me out to be a liar. Said there's no way I got my service done there. Said I maybe got a service last year but wasn't at Peter vardy like I would forget where I got it done. I have to deal with one car they have thousands. Shouting at me down the phone making out I was lying. Then when I found my invoice his tune soon changed. Then looked into the matter further and found the problem why can't he do this the first time and help me. Instead of making out I was the one in the wrong which he told me on several occasions I was. They think just stamping my book makes all this ok if I never had that invoice I'd have no leg to stand on cos of the way the manager handled it just straight on the defensive just shutting me down. That's not the way it should be handled. I know this review will probably mean nothing to the company as most don't care but I'd imagine if mr vardy him self knew about the shambles that goes on. He wouldnt be impressed. Am sick of big companies just bullying customers. That is what you get with Peter vardys Perth. Between me and my family we have bought about 10 cars from Peter vardy . And as such I would be excpected to be treated as a loyal customer not made out to be a liar. Will never step foot in the place again after this. There has been no apology made or anything disgusting way to treat customers. I was also told after leaving a review on Facebook the general sales manager would contact me it's been 4 days. I also just sold my car and vardys would of been the place I went. Never again and I will be telling everyone that Will listen to stay clear. read more
