They kept my car for two weeks, it was driven every other day. They told lie after lie about them working on it stating it was in the garage being worked on when, in fact fact my tracker showed it had been parked 2 streets away for 3 days. The receptionist was a sneering insolent individual who just just shouts over any challenge made about their supposed service. She was THEE most OBNOXIOUS individual I have had to deal with in a long time. Making cheeky comments and talking over me. I gave up trying to find anything out. When I finally got my car back, I found the paint work on my front bumper has been scratched off, but there would be absolutely no point in contacting them as they would just lie, again. Read all the reviews on Google for further evidence of their pumped up prices NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!

It's a family run business with a huge waiting list to get work done which is a testimony to their trustworthiness Also they are genuine car enthusiasts, Always giving stories of great cars they had or customers cars, it's fascinating to hear. Phoned the dudes at Green Flag and their local contractor, these guys, was on the scene within the hour. They hauled the jalopy back to their garage in quick time and had it fixed within a day at a well reasonable cost. Great and friendly service from all involved, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again... Although ah hope ah don't huv tae...;)

Broke down on the Edinburgh City Bypass early this morning. Called my recovery service around 7am…read moreand told someone would be with me within the hour. It was freezing and the traffic was racing by not a nice place to be. Anyway they arrived within 15minutes I was so happy to see him. The guy was brilliant checked my car, I asked him if you could take it to the garage which was no problem. Ram was the recovery driver and he was so friendly and put me at ease, told me to sit in the cab as I was freezing and bit overwelmed with all this. I have never used this service before but these guys were fantastic, everyone should make sure that Robert W Brownlie is their breakdown service.
