I've taken my car to other garages and they don't fix it properly, simple things like recoding the battery (and putting the correct battery in the first place) as they don't have the knowledge and experience of the cars and how they're built. Like anything, you go cheap, you get cheap. They're not the cheapest, but not overly expensive, would you rather have the peace of mind your in the right hands?

Only yesterday, I was checking my tyre pressures and noticed one of the valves was not visible, I popped into KW Auto Fix and one of the mechanics fixed it straight away, and then rechecked my tyre pressure for me, no charge - fantastic !!!! Later on in the day, my car broke down, I called the AA who advised a new battery, so I called KW Auto Fix and they managed to order in and fit a brand new battery before they closed for the evening, the price was right and their service was very swift. I would recommend them to anyone.

Poor attitude, poor service, constantly over pricing parts and seem to be letting people who know very little about cars work on them. Not professional by any standards. Will NEVER use again. I was warned about this company before I used them, wished I'd taken the advice. Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of giving money. They say you can't polish a turd though. Simple as that. These reviews seem far fetched and reading through I've noticed that some have obviously been taken down. (I can only imagine they were negative ones?) Because one user says in their review which gives it away. Why have a site that reviews things if you're deleting the one's that the company don't like? It's best for people to be aware and give a true representation of the facts. As I said. Disappointed. Avoid at all costs and take it to a more established garage. Thanks Steven

ATS as a group tend to be a bit cheaper than the aforementioned competitor and in some cases with garages this means either extras are added on to bump up the cost or the works not all that great. However what I have found with the Perth branch is helpful, friendly staff that explain exactly what's wrong and how best to fix it at the best price. The parts are guaranteed and on the one occasion that I did have to get something re-looked at (originally fixed at the Dundee branch) they carried out the repair without even looking at the receipt. A free tyre check is all part of the service so for me so far I have nothing but praise for them.
