She never received info on where to go and even if she did she would not remember. She also had some serious bruising and what look like bite marks on her and he wouldn't even cross the room to look. She cannot tell us how it happened either. It was awful. We are going through the hardest time in our life with this and he was cold and rude. Thank god for the girls that work there. Never had any issues. Even Dr. Ayass' nurse knows me, she went with him to the new office. Everyone is so nice. I want to mention that after hours and for certain things, like appointments and refills, the calls go to a service or off site, usually. In an economy where people are struggling to even have a job, send that old woman home for good, and let the job go to another who will appreciate the employment. The end result was that I had to wait two days to get back home to a medical facility in my neighborhood. It is the girls in his office that can't seem to get it together. On February 16, 2023, I went to the doctor's office he sent a prescription over to the pharmacy CVS. I use it in Apple Valley, CA. The prescription he sent requires a code so insurance will cover it. The prescription is Rybelsus it is for type 2 diabetes. It has been 12 days now, and the pharmacy can not get the information needed to fill it. I called the doctor's office and spoke to Virginia today February 28, 2023, to find out what the problem is with the Rybelsus 7 MG. Virginia, me to tell the CVS Pharmacy to call right now. Diana told me from the pharmacy to call right now and it would be handled. Went to the pharmacy at 5:40 pm and they do not understand why they can not get the code. Every time you call the office the recording comes on and says they are busy with patients and they can not come to the phone. If you call 3 times you eventually get the Doctor's exchange and you can leave messages and hope they call you back. It is so very hard to talk to the Doctor's office. It has been 12 days of no medication and my diabetes is off the charts without the Rybelsus. I feel the doctor should get new office staff that can handle the workload 5 women work there and I can not get this prescription. What I want to know is how hard is it to fax or called CVS. Even my pharmacy feels they need new employees who can handle a simple task. I will call in the morning and try to get it sent to the pharmacy. But like my friend said good luck it has already been 12 days now and nothing. If not might have to find a new doctor and office to go to. This is Ridiculous Bullshit.
