My only complaints are that 1) that they need some more dessert options, other than just cinnamon; and 2) when we first arrived most of the pizzas weren't freshly-made and there weren't many options, so we had to wait a little while for some new ones to come out. Came for my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful experience. To begin with, the pizza was freshly made and flavorful. The pizza was cheesy and had lots of pepperoni. Secondly, the fountain drinks were available and located at the refill station. This place offers a big parking lot, a huge dining area, and a decent size arcade area. There's plenty of games and arcades to choose from. The service was decent and employees were nice. The price was fair and The restaurant was clean. Wow. This pizza takes me back. Tastes just like I remember it, but even higher quality than it used to be. Thicker slices of pepperoni. The crust is phenomenal, crispy and dusted with some cornmeal. We went during buffet... One kid doing everything, from charging to pizzas. About 4 other employees in the back, didn't seem to be doing much. We had my son's birthday here tonight. I wish I could give a 3.5 because they had friendly service and the value of the party was about what we paid. Bads: we don't have a "personal" party hostess. Our hostess is also the front cashier so she wasn't able to set up our party as "attentively" as we would have liked. We also didn't like that there was no music playing. It seemed kind of dead... This Peter Piper Pizza is by far the worst! The quality of food is cheap compared to other Peter Piper chains. The breadsticks are not the one advertised on their menu and is pizza dough cut into sticks drenched in butter and seasoning. Don't waste your money on buying 12oz over beer it is way overpriced. I could not stop laughing at the beer mug it's not a standard beer mug you would get at a typical restaurant. I feel like this Peter Piper Pizza even did a poor job in the games department. They crammed in crappy games in a small section even when it's not packed you will be bumping into someone. My kids loves the pizza but... I would of appreciated if management cared to pay more attention to safety protocols during this pandemic. While I was there, several adults were not wearing their mask in the gaming area. Management didn't care to enforce customers to wear them although there was a clear sign in the front door stating "mask required" in this establishment. This was mine and my sisters second time here and it wasn't as good as the first time. First of all, when we walked in it smelled like they were burning something in the kitchen. The employees there weren't too welcoming but they were nicely descent. When we ordered pizza we said light/easy on the cheese but when we received it, it definitely wasn't but instead looked like light on the sauce because we couldn't find any sauce on our pizza. I'd never been to Peter Piper before, but we were setting up a play date and wanted something inside away from the heat. I'm not unhappy at all. Really, I'm surprisingly happy about this PPP. We got there when it opened and it was empty. In fact, we were there 2 hours and literally only saw 2 other families. The big room was set up for parties, but we left before they arrived. We literally had the entire place to ourselves for most of the time. That was a BIG plus. The dining section is separated from the play area, which is another BIG plus. The down side of their competitor is that there are throngs of people and the entire place in overwhelming with both the dining and play areas taking up the same place. Not PPP. I can see it being a bit much at peak hours, but I'd still rather go to PPP. Our pizza was good, too. One cheese and one veggie. Both good. I mean, for a kids pizza place we were all pretty happy, and the veggie pizza was totally gone. Don't know how that happened.... Honestly I saw only 2 problems with PPP: 1. You actually have coins or tokens that you play with. You won't get a card to load money on, you have to carry those coins around with you, and 2. The ticket machines weren't working well. One was completely broken, 2 we're close to broken, and the remaining one was slow. In peak hours that could be a problem. I'll definitely go here again. read more

Had a party there for my son. Never again will i make a party there. The waiter i got only came one time to take my oder of five pizzas and only receive 3. Then I they had so many parties they couldnt even keep up I paid $10 for each of the kids they were suppose to recieve pizza, coins, ice cream and a drink. Well we got everything exept the ice cream. Last time I went to Peter Piper Pizza was almost 20 years ago since they shut down all the locations in Southern California. Recently moved to the Lone Star State and had flashbacks when I saw there was locations still standing! Anyway, back to my review. Pizza was good, pricing is great, but the games are out dated so they would give a lot of trouble (such as stuck tokens or tickets not dispensing). I had to repeatedly go to the service area and get plates for the cake, a knife to cut the cake (one was never offered), pitchers for our drinks, and we were very rarely checked on. 5/12/18 This place deserves 5 stars thanks to their manager Destinee!! After experiencing a horrible experience at a nearby iTZ (Fairmont location is infested with rats! Please don't take your children there.) my son's baseball team had to come up with a quick/emergency plan b. We decided to transfer our end of season party to Peter Piper Pizza bc of the location proximity. The manager, Destinee, was very helpful and kind enough to immediately set up two large tables with cloths for our team, she also gave all of our players free ice cream. The machines suck, games are 2-4 tokens and that would be okay if the machines actually gave you the tickets you've won. Pizza buffet was trash, the cinnamon bread was good though. We bought the buffet not knowing there were 5 min left of it.. As we were eating, there was announcement for last call for the buffet. wow is all i can say after reading the reviews I was excited to try there buffet is from 11-2 we got there at 11:45 when we walked in there were two kids waiting on tokens managment and the employs new they were there but ignored them i guess because they were kids and not to be taken seriously i thought when they saw us standing there they would come take are money but they were just talking so i went and got them and told them the kids were patiently waiting for tokens so they came then we got to the pizza and there was alot of pizza and every peice we tried was cold i asked them if they were gonna make fresh pizza and the woman said no and i informed her that it was cold and still early in the buffet so she made me a fresh pizza after a while two more people came in they were left with the cold pizza and i went and told the manager the pizza was cold then he said the forgot to turn the warmers on so then they turned them on and just reheated the pizza and still did not make fresh pizza the pizza they even made for me i wanted extra mushrooms they gave me extra black olives instead i was very dissapointed and left hungry but on the plus side the games looked fun now if it was like 130 i would understand not making fresh pizza but it wasnt even 12 yet read more

We really like going to Peter Piper for parties and I have had my kids parties their during the week when there is not a lot of people and I have no complain about their food, but I do have a complain on the manager that was there last night 10/12/2017 my son is 10 he was playing at a machine that ran out of tickets twice the first time it was for my nieces and it was 30 tickets but the second time my son was playing and he got 40 but the machine ran out of tickets and they went to tell the girl in charge, she gave the girls their 30 tickets but gave my son only 20 so he really got upset and starting crying I went to go talk to the girl and she said I gave him his tickets and he said you only gave me 20 so the manager walks out and says that the girl has no reason to be lying and the girls that got the 30 tickets were standing there and said that his machine said 40 something and she only gave him 20 (the main reason I am very upset is not for the tickets its because the manager asks my son "HOW OLD ARE YOU WHY DO YOU ACT LIKE THIS YOU ARE WRONG YOU SHOULDN'T BE CRYING AND HAVING A TANTRUM WHEN YOU GROW AND HAVE A JOB YOU CANT BE LIKE THIS YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO CONTROL YOURSELF" so that's when I started raising my voice at her because she has no right to talk to my son that way I explained to her that he got upset because it was not fair what they did to him and that he gets upset and cries very easily (I MYSELF WISH HE WAS NOT LIKE THAT BUT she had no right to be talking to my son that way and only for 20 stupid tickets please.....I really hope the owner sees my review, unfortunately I do not have the name of the manager but I am sure they can find out who it was read more
