I walked in to pick up my online order and wasn't acknowledged or helped just stared at by everyone at the counter until I waved at someone. When there was an issue with the online order, the only solution offered was to pay full price and wait again... which I did, paying and waiting for another larger pizza on what seemed like a slow and empty Saturday night. ***During this interaction, the employee at the counter was unnecessarily sarcastic, asking if the pizza was to-go, dine-in, or we "could eat it on the ceiling where ever we want," which felt rude and unprofessional. Way too hot inside the establishment. I respectfully reported it and was told, " The manager told us to tell people who complained that they couldn't do anything about it [A/C]. " The manager knew about the problem since morning ( I was told). It's 7:25 pm and it's not as hot as it was at 6:00 pm. Air doesn't appear to be flowing--air that comes out of the vents isn't cooling correctly. The excuse of "too many people" is not a good reason for customers to be uncomfortable or babies to be flushed. People are using paper plates as " manual fans". We had to bring in battery-operated fans. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Fountain drinks are running low in the machines, diet drinks taste "syrupy". On a good note, the pizza was good. I sincerely hope this review helps Peter Piper Pizza improve its shortcomings. read more

Called in my order tonight for carry out. The girl who answered was polite and took my order without issue. I arrived about 15 minutes later to pick up my pizza. There was plenty of hand sanitizer available and social distancing signs posted everywhere. Once home, I opened my pizza and it was everything I wanted, and more! Took my kids during the week and we were able to enjoy the very reasonable lunch buffet. We also worked an amazing time window where we were practically the only ones their. The staff was super attentive and helpful. We had a great experience and my kids had a blast. Would recommend. I can't speak to if the place was busy but for us I had a great experience. Tuesday evening around 6pm was the perfect time to be here. Very quiet and peaceful. Weekends are hectic and packed with kids and birthday parties. My kids and I were able to eat and play games with no interruptions or long lines. The pizza was hot, fresh, and very tasty. The ice cream swirl (chocolate and vanilla mixed) is my favorite and very creamy. Staff was knowledgeable in their understanding of the menu and very helpful in answering any questions I had. All areas of the place was clean. It had an energy about it and I also loved they had an 80's radio station playing awesome music!!!I am definitely going back for more! read more

The older looking gentleman employee is the reason why this Peter Piper pizza is number 1 out of 7 different locations in 3 different city's in my opinion. He would always make sure me and my partner was taken care of and always on top of things. He never disappointed! If I would give someone a raise or promote someone it would be him. Peter piper pizza without a doubt has very good pizza. However, this location has one particular employee that has done a very poor job when it comes to food safety and customer service. I have had multiple incidents with this employee and every time he is working, my pizza is undercooked. I do not know the name of this employee but he is always working with the oven and cooking the pizza. He looks like a teenager and never has his hat fully on and his underwear is showing due to him sagging his pants. I am writing this review because the last time I went to this location to pick up a phone order, this same employee was eating a lollipop in the kitchen and checking the pizzas with bare hands while eating. Very unsanitary and the pizza was undercooked yet again. This is a reoccurring thing and the managers seem to not know about food safety aswell as this has not changed. read more

Last night was my first experience in Peter Piper Pizza in many years and the first time ever in this location. I found things to be very loud and disorganized. There was not enough staff working the dinning room to keep the tables clean and those that were seen did not look as if they cared if things were clean or not. We had to clean off our table to be able to seat ourself. The pizza was cold when we got it. I liked the quality of the pizza and it had plenty of the toppings we requested, only if it was hot when we picked it up. I will admit I'm 62, and I understand that PPP has developed a business model that charters to the younger families and parties, but cleanliness and attentive employees are steal the foundation to a good businesses. I would suggest two things, more staff in the dining room during high volume periods, with addition training on customer service. And maybe an quiet area where parents, grandparents and other patrons can enjoy a pizza with the room volume turn down a little read more

The manager was rude and implied I couldn't do math (Coming from someone with so much ambition to become a manager of a pizza arcade, it was incredibly insulting).
