Searched for a reputable tour before we left home and found this crew. Was able to set everything up before we flew out and it was well worth it. Meeting spot in front a a not so busy Starbucks so you can grab a cup before or come in and warm up after! Our guide was awesome and showed us several places in Central Park. read more

Fantastic tour through Central Park! "Buddy" the Elf was super accommodating and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was freezing but he was funny, informative and very accommodating for our request to replicate a former photo. We had a great time! It was quickly over but we when we visit again we are definitely going to request this tour! Reservation was easy, great reminders and flexible to our changing schedules. Cash only but well worth it. My two best friends and I took our daughters (who were all turning 16) to New York in May and we knew we wanted to do a tour through Central Park. After some research, I decided a pedi cab tour would be the best way to go. We booked 3 cabs for each of our families and it was one of the best and most memorable experiences of the trip. Vitali and his team were phenomenal. They were on time, responsible, and most importantly FUN! They gave us a great tour (good music) and took lots of pictures for us (even gave us tons of valuable photography tips). When I come back in the future with the rest of the family, I am defintely using them again. Thanks guys for everything!! HEY JESSIEEEE! I will upload photos. :) read more

Simple and sweet, loved our pedi cab drivers Vitali and Johnny cash. We had two pedicabs and of course we stuck together. Our tour was an hour and we had a great time with them. Throughout the tour they were very informative and funny as well. It was well worth the money and time. If your ever in NYC, want to tour in Central Park...this is the way to do it. read more

Other than 9/11 the Peter Pen Tour was best thing we did while visiting NYC! Vitali, our guide, was engaging, charming and informative. Played fun music occasionally, gave fast facts and allowed us to spend time at key locations. We took the 90 minute tour through Central Park and were all sad we didn't choose one of the longer options. Blind faith paid off! Don't miss...and request Vitaly...although I'm sure the other guides are great too. read more

Absolutely brilliant time! Vitali is full of life, charm, and energy. We met him as described at meeting point where he was completely on time and with new, well maintained equipment We were in NYC on New Years Day for the weekend celebrating my youngest daughters Bday. Picking Peter Pen Tours for a ride/tour around Central Park was one of the highlights of our trip. Having 2 teenage daughters, Vitali immediately picked up on their interests, from movies, TV shows, and music. As a result, he designed the whole tour on the spot around these interests and made every stop an Instagram moment! Riding around, Vitali, his bikes, and his skillset appear to be the envy of all the other pedicab tour operators, which is an endorsement in itself. Vitali is also a great photographer that made fun, memorable moments for our whole family. Clean, courteous, and fun filled, my family cant wait for another tour in Fall or Summer with Peter Pen Tours! read more

Can't say enough good things about Vitali and the experience as a whole. On time, upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly. We had 4 people in our family so we did 2 in each bike and they stayed right next to each other so we could all hear him speak throughout. Great communication beforehand with questions I had as well. Highly recommend!! read more

Guided Tour around Central Park We had Vitali as our driver/guide. Ask for him, he did an awesome job, has a sense of humour, interesting information and full of local knowledge. Has been doing Central Park tours for 4 years. Showed us all Central Park that we spent 3 hour, instead of 2 hour that we booked! Ride was easy and relaxed. Pedicab well maintained, clean and has canopy. Beautiful park for walking, cycling or taking rickshaw. Approximately 843 acres. Very safe, a lot of sightseeing. Restrooms and water fountains located all around Central Park, very useful. Stop couple times to explore landmarks on foot. Separate lines for cycles. There are different areas such as Cherry Hill, Hans Christian Anderson statue, Great Lawn, Cleopatra's Needle, Shakespeare Garden, Dakota building. After tour Vitali recommend us to try salads from Green Café which was really tasty and juicy! read more

Vital was amazing and one of my Top 2 fav tours in New York. Directions of where to meet were perfect and he was expecting us and knew my name. He customized our tour asking us if we've already seen certain things. He played music at times that went with whatever theme or movie scene we were looking at. He let us get off and took amazing pics for us! Great balance of historical and entertainment info. He joked but was courteous and super informative. Loved that he would stop and show us his notebook of Pictures so we can see what same area would look like in different season. I could not improve this tour in anyway. We only did the hour but would recommend even longer. Amazing ! read more

If you do one thing in New York....take a pedicab ride with "Buddy the Elf" through Central Park!!! He is entertaining (has theme music for every stop), starts his tour at Starbucks so you can start with a warm drink, provides a comfy warm blanket for the ride, has lots of insider information about the city, offers to stop and even offers to take your group pics for you. He has great ideas for fun pictures on top of all that! He was so kind to get us back to a safe spot instead of just dumping us off whenever was convenient for him! I will tell everyone about this great adventure and will be back for another visit! Vitality made our trip to New York one to remember!! read more

We met Steve at 10 am on Saturday morning at the meeting point and he greeted us with a lovely warm welcome to New York. We took a short walk to his pedicab then set off. Steve took his time pointing out various attractions and telling us history and showing us photos about features in Upper East Side of Central Park first as we rode around. He stopped regularly for us to take photos. He stopped at the top of The Bethesda Fountain and told us we could walk down and look at the angel and then walk under the steps taking in the amazing Minton Tiles at Bethesda Terrace. He said we would then come out by The Mall. Then proceeded to visit Cherry Hill where we took in the views of lake & Bow Bridge. He then stopped at Strawberry Fields taking photos of my sister and I for us and when we got back into the pedicab he took us across road to The Dakota Building and stopped right next to the sidewalk where Jon Lennon was shot. He then rode back into the park & showed us The Tavern on The Green and the west side before taking us back to our starting point. If you think Central Park Pedicab Tours is for you I would definitely recommend prebooking Peter Pen Tours of Central Park. read more

This was my second tour with Vitali, and this one was even better than the first! He is funny, informative, and very personable. We saw so much more of the park than we would have been able to see on foot. You could spend 3 days wandering through and enjoy yourself, but if you want to make the most of your time, a pedicab tour with Peter Pen tours is absolutely worth it! Vitali showed us so many different places, played music, took pictures for us and with us, and maneuvered around the crowds with ease. He showed personal interest in our trip, and is just an all around awesome guide and guy! Highly recommended. A+++ read more

We did the Gossip Girls tour and it was the highlight of our ten day trip for my 15 year old daughter. The guide was very knowledgeable not only about the city but also about the details of the show. He had pictures from the show of different scenes st different locations. He even had theme specific music. We went on a very cold day 20 degrees and he had a heated seat and a large blanket. We booked a 1 hour tour of Central Park with Jonathan for the last morning of our stay in New York before flying back in the afternoon. He is a lovely guy who is very easy to talk to and by the time our tour finished we felt like we had known him for years! Central Park tour was very relaxed and nothing was rushed. Jonathan has an amazing knowledge of facts and information about the park and its history and about the buildings around the park and their famous residents. The park itself is beautiful especially at this time of year when all the colors are changing. This is the only way to get the best of a trip to Central Park and to get all the facts and history to go with the sights and definitely the best man to give you Central Park tours. read more

This tour was amazing. WOW! He was amazing. It was a great combination of history and culture with a little rich and famous gossip tossed in. He was prepared, knowledgeable and was exuberant. (Isn't always the case to have people who are clearly happy with their job!) I am old and out of shape with two knee replacements. He always parked my side of pedicab by the curb. And I never felt rushed. He took photos of us (we didn't even think about that!) and gave some recommendations for lunch. I cannot thank you guys enough! read more

Absolutely perfect! Visiting the Big Apple for a few days of holiday shopping and excitement. Found this pedicab company on Groupon and thought to give it a try. Our driver was polite, kind, knowledgeable and an extremely good driver. Shout out to #VitalyPrymak!awesome We called to make the reservation two weeks in advance. Three days prior to our scheduled trip we were notified by them that there was some cold weather predicted for our day and suggested moving it up a day. Not only did we manage to move it up, he found us at the wrong Starbucks and dropped us off for at our next destination: The Radio City Hall for the Rockettes Christmas Spectacular show. Could not of asked for a better time. During the tour he would stop at various locations, show us a particular skyline, then show us what the skyline looked like 50 - 75 years before. He would point out popular areas of the park, its history, movies or TV shows that was shot there, and several times had us walk a certain area, take photos of us with our camera and entertain us with appropriate music as it pertained to the tour. Thanks again to PeterPantours. read more

My then fiancé bought me a tour with Vitali of Central Park for my birthday in December. It was a mild day but he still had blankets available for the cool night. My fiancé told him I was a Beatles fan so Vitali made a point to stop at Strawberry Fields and told us some fun facts about John Lennon's apartment building nearby and the grounds. He also took us to the fountain that Friends based their famous intro in. Vitali catered to all of our needs and was funny and well informed about a variety of topics invoking NYC history and pop culture. He was so good that I bought a Valentine's Day your for my parents next week with him. This review is long over due but just in time for the spring. Book with Vitali soon because his prices are reasonable and fills up quick! read more

This was such a great decision by my wife and I. We've been coming to New York for years but had never been through Central Park. After agreeing that Peter Pen seemed to have the best reviews on Yelp, we made a reservation right here on the site. We were lucky enough to be scheduled with Vitali and he lived up to our expectations from reading the reviews. He was informative, entertaining, and very friendly. We met Vitali at 6th and 58th, after receiving a text message directly from him with a location and picture of his pedicab. The tour was a relaxing way for us to see what the Park was all about. With my wife being 7 months pregnant, having Vitali ride us around, pointing out the famous areas and recognizable movie scenes was a great way for us to take all of the park in without too much stress. After the tour, Vitali was kind enough to bring us to our next planned stop, all the way over at 3rd and 60th. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! read more
