Kenny did a great job on my 2017 Volt. A rock chip got me on the 101 from all these horrible freeways we have currently. The volt has a complicated windshield because of all the electronics attached to the top of the windshield, cameras and sensors. But Kenny did a great job while the car was at the dealer for something else. No paint scratches, window looks stock!! I also had a side window replacement on my Honda a few years back after an auto burglary, Peter pan did a great job on that. He actually does the window replacements for most of the dealerships in the area, so if they trust him to do new cars, I knew I could trust him with mine. It turned out great, he billed my insurance because I had glass coverage. If you don't have glass coverage with your auto insurance, get it, especially with all our highways coming apart, giant pot holes and chunks of asphalt coming up from all the terrible highways around here. I actually expect to be replacing my windshield again in the next few years because of how bad our roads are. I mean the republicans have zero plans of fixing the federal highways, Trump may want to, but Mitch McConnel and Lying Paul Ryan in the senate already said, infrastructure repair is a low priority so don't bet on the roads getting fixed. read more

There was large crack in my windshield, so I brought it to Peter Pan Auto Glass. They replaced it, and the next day it cracked while I was driving. Nothing had hit my windshield, I didn't crash, I was just driving. I called and made an appointment for 8:00am (the time they opened that day). Not only was the guy about an hour late, but he called me stupid. The guy said the crack was my fault, and it was not bad glass. My husband also had his windshield replaced at Peter Pan Auto Glass, and it leaks every time it rains, or when he gets a car wash! read more

Worst Service ever. I received their number through my dealer and I called to get service done. The guy told me that I will be getting my glass in by 3 or 4 the morning i called him. I didn't receive a call all day so I called back at 3 he told me the glass haven't came in yet. I took a nap and woke up to see that it was around 5 pm and still didn't receive a call. I called and it went to voicemail I left a message and called again multiple times. This company is beyond unprofessional he could of called and gave me an update about it instead he insisted on closing and never called me I will never be calling again and I definitely won't refer anyone to this dumb company! they are a bit quick and to the point, they are hard core vientamese business owners that are out to make a dime by offering rock bottom prices and quick service. things usually work out fine, when they don't it's a bit difficult todeal with them. I've owned a small car dealership and used these guys exclusively for years before that. I've had at least 30 windshields replaced in that time. They don't like to come back, so if they don't want to, threaten them and you will get their attention, they don't need trouble. pros - quick service, rock bottom prices on top quality procucts cons - quick service leads to occasional poor workmanship - tough to get them to take care of it. read more

I called at least 5 or 6 places the day I busted the ol 'shield and got a bunch of "earliest we can get the glass is Friday (full week), yadda yadda." No one had a real solution for replacing it quick, since the crack was worsening super fast and I needed to drive that weekend I didn't want to take my chances. Kenny and his partner had 3 jobs before mine the day I called, but they told me if I can go to their shop at 4p they'd have me fixed up within half an hour. Sure enough I did, and these two nailed it. I personally can watch ANYTHING for an hour if it's being done by true pros -- I'll watch dance, I'll watch someone screw rivets into a metal chassis, I'll watch someone replace a windshield like machines. And I did, all while Kenny helped me figure out how to get the necessary paperwork and information to/from insurance. Really nice, funny guy and I really appreciate that they were the only ones within a 15 mile radius that would not just do it that same afternoon, but within the same week. And to top it off, the price was really reasonable - I was mentally prepared for a $50-100 bigger hit than what they ended up charging. Not an ideal situation watching a tiny rock bust your 'shield, but a much less painful ordeal when working with these guys. Total 5 star job. read more

My car was broken into early morning and I found it at 730am while leaving for work so I needed a quick window repair. I called him at 8am, he had the glass by 9:30 and I was driving off at 10:15am. Kenny was extremely nice, they vacuumed all the glass that was throughout my car and he went out to make sure all the windows and locks were properly working to be safe. They are in fact very proactive in coming to do the work and install, however once done, good much with any sort of follow up help. Normally I wouldn't give "one star" since they do deserve some acknowledgement for doing a good job however all I've been asking for is a copy of my receipt! For over a month!! And he's less than a couple miles from where I work!! And the worse part is I spoke to Kenny on the phone and he said he'd take care of it because I made it clear in the nicest of ways my insurance company needed this copy within two days after our phone call. I even sent Kenny an email and copied my insurance agent thanking Kenny for the nice phone call and appreciating his follow up. All this for a simple receipt for windshield install?! This is truly pathetic and shows he's all about the money and no desire to have repeat business or client / customer relations. If I could give this business a zero star I would. I'm not one to ever yelp review but I was so dissatisfied with their customer service I had to share. I made an appt almost a week in advance to get my car window fixed due to a break in. Everything was confirmed no calls were received to cancel or reschedule. An hour after my appt time my father called to get an eta on arrival when he was informed the appt had been canceled by the office due to the glass not being in. The office claimed to have called and left a message but no messages or missed calls were ever received. I then proceeded to call the office back to inquire about what telephone number they had on file when the man who answered the phone said " I don't know what number it was, I'm in the middle of something and don't have time for this". So to anyone looking to use this company beware of the extreme poor customer service you can receive. I then called California Glass in Antioch and received the BEST customer service and saved $40 on my service, so I recommend there. read more

They came to my house the next day on time for my appointment and had the old windshield out and the new one installed in less than a half hour.
