Kenny is super honest and timely. He has done my personal vehicle and many windows for the company I manage. He will come to you and will communicate via text or call to make sure you're informed and able to coordinate. This is very helpful when I have technicians that are on standby or have other tasks to schedule. Kenny certainly won't leave you hanging. We also had a miscommunication and Kenny was sure to follow up quickly to ensure I fully understood pricing. Awesome Local Business! read more

Wow is this Kenny guy was so rude!!!! After getting our windows smashed during a breakin we called around to see who was available. Kenny was rude right out of the gate, for no reason. My husband asked basic questions, like when can you get here and how much will it cost, and Kenny snapped at him like he'd done something wrong! He wouldn't give us an ETA no matter how many times we asked! He finally told us he couldn't come fix the glass for FOUR DAYS. So much for this "bS" "same "day fixes. When he finally gave us an estimate, it was much more than the competing auto glass companies. There are so many break-ins in the bay area, we would expect pros to be actual pros. And please be kind to your customers!!! read more

Kenny is the man! Was up front with pricing (a lot lower than what I was originally quoted for) and was super responsive on the timeline (securing my windshield and installation). I now have a go to for any window issues I might have in the future. read more

My car window was broken into last night and I needed quick service. I was suggested by a family member to use Peter Pan's service. I called Kenny and he knew my car model and make right away and notified me of how long the glass would take. I sent him a picture and he told me it would be 20 min! SO FAST! I got there and he went to work right away. All in all it was a smooth experience from beginning to end. read more

Excellent customer service and reasonable pricing. Kenny and his coworker arrived on time and repaired my window quickly. They are very professional and very courteous. I highly recommend Peter Pan auto glass. read more

My driver-side window was shattered, and I needed immediate help. I could not drive because it was raining and dark outside, so I needed to tow my car home. I called around, and finally, after speaking with Kenny and explaining my situation, he immediately said that he could come to fix the car window at my house. In less than 24 hours, he had ordered the piece of glass necessary for my 2005 Toyota, and drove out to fix my car window! It was such a relief to have someone so kind and ready to help! read more

What a great experience dealing with Kenny . Very professional and trustworthy. Windshield was replaced and no mess left behind, highly recommend read more

Kenny did a great job on my 2017 Volt. A rock chip got me on the 101 from all these horrible freeways we have currently. The volt has a complicated windshield because of all the electronics attached to the top of the windshield, cameras and sensors. But Kenny did a great job while the car was at the dealer for something else. No paint scratches, window looks stock!! I also had a side window replacement on my Honda a few years back after an auto burglary, Peter pan did a great job on that. He actually does the window replacements for most of the dealerships in the area, so if they trust him to do new cars, I knew I could trust him with mine. It turned out great, he billed my insurance because I had glass coverage. If you don't have glass coverage with your auto insurance, get it, especially with all our highways coming apart, giant pot holes and chunks of asphalt coming up from all the terrible highways around here. I actually expect to be replacing my windshield again in the next few years because of how bad our roads are. I mean the republicans have zero plans of fixing the federal highways, Trump may want to, but Mitch McConnel and Lying Paul Ryan in the senate already said, infrastructure repair is a low priority so don't bet on the roads getting fixed. read more

There was large crack in my windshield, so I brought it to Peter Pan Auto Glass. They replaced it, and the next day it cracked while I was driving. Nothing had hit my windshield, I didn't crash, I was just driving. I called and made an appointment for 8:00am (the time they opened that day). Not only was the guy about an hour late, but he called me stupid. The guy said the crack was my fault, and it was not bad glass. My husband also had his windshield replaced at Peter Pan Auto Glass, and it leaks every time it rains, or when he gets a car wash! read more

Worst Service ever. I received their number through my dealer and I called to get service done. The guy told me that I will be getting my glass in by 3 or 4 the morning i called him. I didn't receive a call all day so I called back at 3 he told me the glass haven't came in yet. I took a nap and woke up to see that it was around 5 pm and still didn't receive a call. I called and it went to voicemail I left a message and called again multiple times. This company is beyond unprofessional he could of called and gave me an update about it instead he insisted on closing and never called me I will never be calling again and I definitely won't refer anyone to this dumb company! Update: He never called back the next day! What a waste of my time he had me pissed but who cares I got a cheaper price from the other company. read more

Called this place and they found me a window within a few hours vs having to wait weeks through competitors . The customer service was exceptional & they were very quick to get it done , thank you all so much !! read more

they are a bit quick and to the point, they are hard core vientamese business owners that are out to make a dime by offering rock bottom prices and quick service. things usually work out fine, when they don't it's a bit difficult todeal with them. I've owned a small car dealership and used these guys exclusively for years before that. I've had at least 30 windshields replaced in that time. They don't like to come back, so if they don't want to, threaten them and you will get their attention, they don't need trouble. pros - quick service, rock bottom prices on top quality procucts cons - quick service leads to occasional poor workmanship - tough to get them to take care of it. read more

I called Kenny yesterday late afternoon, he was able to come out next day to replace my windshield. Him and his partner were done in 15 minutes! Pricing is always reasonable, I never call another company. read more

This is a good mobile glass company. I have used them on 2 of my cars They gave me the best price and did the installation quickly. read more

I called at least 5 or 6 places the day I busted the ol 'shield and got a bunch of "earliest we can get the glass is Friday (full week), yadda yadda." No one had a real solution for replacing it quick, since the crack was worsening super fast and I needed to drive that weekend I didn't want to take my chances. Kenny and his partner had 3 jobs before mine the day I called, but they told me if I can go to their shop at 4p they'd have me fixed up within half an hour. Sure enough I did, and these two nailed it. I personally can watch ANYTHING for an hour if it's being done by true pros -- I'll watch dance, I'll watch someone screw rivets into a metal chassis, I'll watch someone replace a windshield like machines. And I did, all while Kenny helped me figure out how to get the necessary paperwork and information to/from insurance. Really nice, funny guy and I really appreciate that they were the only ones within a 15 mile radius that would not just do it that same afternoon, but within the same week. And to top it off, the price was really reasonable - I was mentally prepared for a $50-100 bigger hit than what they ended up charging. Not an ideal situation watching a tiny rock bust your 'shield, but a much less painful ordeal when working with these guys. Total 5 star job. read more

I have used Kenny of Peter Pan for nearly 15 yrs. Our trucks are on the road all day, no time for dropping in a shop, his mobile service is fast reliable and the price unbeatable!!!!!! read more

I had plans to drive to So Cal and needed a last minute/same day windshield replacement when my windshield cracked all the way across as I was leaving. I was in a time crunch and stressed out but Kenny was super helpful over the phone and luckily had my (rare) windshield in stock. He was able to get me in immediately and he was waiting for me outside when I arrived. Kenny and his partner were quick yet thorough and put me at ease during a stressful situation. I had my new windshield Thanks Kenny! read more

Stay away from Peter Pan glass! Kenny, owner operator, demonstrated just how unprofessional he is by, arriving 75 minutes late, failed to call and let me know he was running late. Called me names. Moreover he quoted me one price when I set up the appointment then changed the price three times ranging from 175.00 to 390.00. I supplied the glass. I walked away. No no Kenny. That is not how we do business in America. Go to Action Glass in Concord. Lexus of Concord uses them. They installed my windshield for 135.00, labor only, no problems. read more

BEWARE!!! This guy is operating without the required business licenses. The address at 2316 Bates Ave in Concord is empty. The address at 2297-D Arnold Industrial Way in Concord is a wrecking yard, and doesnt know this guy. Look at the other posts to see how this guy conducts business. There are plenty of other legitimate businesses that are professional and help you. read more

First things first. Yelp's address is wrong. I tried to edit and correct the address, but it didn't "take". They are now at: 1930-B Arnold Industrial Pl Concord CA 94520 We recently had a large crack in our windshield, caused by a flying rock on I-5. Our auto insurance company recommended a company that we didn't want to use. We discovered that Toyota in Walnut Creek, where we bought our car, uses Kenny at Peter Pan Auto Glass, Concord. Our insurance company and Kenny worked out a satisfactory price. Even though we live over half an hour away, it was absolutely worth the drive to Peter Pan. Kenny worked with our schedule and did a replacement windshield that looks as good as new. read more

Peter Pan glass is simply the best! Great, quick, quality service with the best pricing around. I would not have found better anywhere else! Thanks kenny !! read more

My car was broken into early morning and I found it at 730am while leaving for work so I needed a quick window repair. I called him at 8am, he had the glass by 9:30 and I was driving off at 10:15am. Kenny was extremely nice, they vacuumed all the glass that was throughout my car and he went out to make sure all the windows and locks were properly working to be safe. It was a great experience after a bad morning. He even texted me the address to make things easy to find. Great Service! Kenny was willing to come same-day and fixed my windshield in less than 30 minutes at my home for no extra charge. He and his worker were professional, fast, and communicated anything I needed to know about care for the new window. No one has such reasonable prices, either. I had called around town and this is definitely the place to go. read more

Awesome service! The owner helped us find and install a new rear windshield same-day after a minor accident!! Highly recommend! read more

I had scheduled an appointment with Safelite. The appointment confirmation that was sent to me via email after booking, stated that I would have to leave my car there all day. WHAT!? I called Peter Pan spoke to Tyson and went right in and had a new window in under an hour. Thank you very much PP. You rock! I will now take all of my auto glass needs to you. read more

Great business. My pickup got broken into on an afternoon. I called at around 4:30 expecting to be told they couldn't fix it till the next day. Not true. I met him after 5:00 and my window started being replaced instantly. A positive ending to a bad situation. Thank you. read more

Kenny and his assistant arrived within the appointment window (10 to 12) and had the wind shield replaced and the truck ready to go in half and hour. I called Friday morning and my windshield was replaced Monday - great service and very satisfied! I highly recommend.

They are in fact very proactive in coming to do the work and install, however once done, good much with any sort of follow up help. Normally I wouldn't give "one star" since they do deserve some acknowledgement for doing a good job however all I've been asking for is a copy of my receipt! For over a month!! And he's less than a couple miles from where I work!! And the worse part is I spoke to Kenny on the phone and he said he'd take care of it because I made it clear in the nicest of ways my insurance company needed this copy within two days after our phone call. I even sent Kenny an email and copied my insurance agent thanking Kenny for the nice phone call and appreciating his follow up. All this for a simple receipt for windshield install?! This is truly pathetic and shows he's all about the money and no desire to have repeat business or client / customer relations. Jeep walnut creek referred him to me and I'm going to let Jeeo know about this for what little good it will do. And he may read this which I hope he does because I'm coming to his place of business Monday and I'm not going to be phony nice guy. This is aggravating and disrespectful when working class people have so much going on and you say you'll do something then do it!!! Follow through don't lead people on to where they are this frustrated. I regret paying cash otherwise I'd have proof of this payment and I'd have been able to send it to my insurance. Truly truly disappointed! DC!! read more

Kenny replaced my windshield no problem. It was only till after I left did I realize he had scratched up my hood really bad and also left a circle from where he had placed a can on my hood. Get your car fixed somewhere else. read more

If I could give this business a zero star I would. I'm not one to ever yelp review but I was so dissatisfied with their customer service I had to share. I made an appt almost a week in advance to get my car window fixed due to a break in. Everything was confirmed no calls were received to cancel or reschedule. An hour after my appt time my father called to get an eta on arrival when he was informed the appt had been canceled by the office due to the glass not being in. The office claimed to have called and left a message but no messages or missed calls were ever received. I then proceeded to call the office back to inquire about what telephone number they had on file when the man who answered the phone said " I don't know what number it was, I'm in the middle of something and don't have time for this". So to anyone looking to use this company beware of the extreme poor customer service you can receive. I then called California Glass in Antioch and received the BEST customer service and saved $40 on my service, so I recommend there. read more

STAY AWAY...I have never seen such UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR in my life, I referred this clown to a very good friend, to my horror they ruined her $100,000 S class Mercedes, the wind noise is unbearable, you can literally see the gaps in the seal, we have been trying to get them to fix this problem for 2 weeks, THEY ACTUALLY AVOID OUR CALLS AND WONT RETURN THEM, needless to say I feel horrible for recommending these clowns, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. read more

Normally don't post reviews on yelp but these guys were that great. Hawk flew into my windshield on the hwy on a Sunday afternoon..l called these guys and was quoted 180 for a replacement.
