My tech's name was Stephanie and she was pretty professional. I definitely recommend her. Our regular place only has one tech at the moment and we like having our nails done together. When we complained, the owner just stood there and said he had no idea what we were talking about. It's not the kind of place we normally frequent so maybe it's that. We won't be returning. The luxury pedicure was also pretty bare bones. But based on what people were getting around us, maybe it's not a commonly ordered treatment.

While the nail technicians were very nice and personable and the shop was very clean; I wasn't completely satisfied with my nails. I believe the polish I chose may have been running out or something because my nails have chipped already and it's been less than 24 hours. I think they just need to update their polish a bit. I would suggest looking for an OPI color and asking them, how long they've had the color if you are looking to get a regular manicure. Now they had plenty of options for gel. Perhaps, they specialize in gel manicures and I went with the wrong service. I also saw that they offer microblading and eye lash extensions there but I did not use either of these services.
