It's a weird place for sure. My mother and I are both of Indian origin, and we noticed that the manager was asking all the white customers if they wanted tea or coffee and they just didn't ask us. Also, the lady that did my mother's nails was rushing so much during a luxury pedicure, that she was on her third client just as my technician was finishing my nails. My tech's name was Stephanie and she was pretty professional. I definitely recommend her. Our regular place only has one tech at the moment and we like having our nails done together. When we complained, the owner just stood there and said he had no idea what we were talking about. It's not the kind of place we normally frequent so maybe it's that. We won't be returning. The luxury pedicure was also pretty bare bones. But based on what people were getting around us, maybe it's not a commonly ordered treatment. read more

The moment I step into the store I immediately feel welcome with a big smile greeting from the owner. First I gotta say that they are very organized with their appointments. Second the environment of the place is very calming and modern and clean!! Everyone here are very sweet and nice. As a gay guy, I really try not to jump to conclusions about people, but honestly, this felt like pure homophobia. I scheduled an appointment at this place two weeks ahead of time, set for Thursday at 2:10 PM with Natalia. I got there early, around 1:20 PM, because I didn't want to risk being late--especially since they charge for no-shows. When I walked in, I had a nice chat with the receptionist. I brought some artwork for Natalia to work on, but she whipped through it in just a few minutes. I explained what I wanted and showed her, but she claimed she didn't have time. I offered her some other ideas, but she still said she was too busy. I ended up talking to the manager because this was such a waste of my time. In the end, I had to go somewhere else for an acrylic fill and artwork. Honestly, Natalia should be let go because I'm spending over $180 plus tip on my nails every two weeks. read more

I made an appointment and when I showed up, Ally seemed confused and said she was running late. I offered to come back the next morning and she said that worked. No big deal. I got a pedicure the next morning and it was horrible. It looked extremely messy. I've given C'est Ally several tries because she seems so nice, but every time I'm sooooo disappointed. Had the best experience I have ever had at any nail salon ever!! Was able to get an appointment the day of for both mani and pedi. The staff was super helpful and friendly with helping me get it all set up. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and quickly seated. I picked out my colors(there were lots of nice options) As soon as Ally came she offered me a drink between coffee, tea, or water. For those concerned about covid safety's they had many shields and you are required to wear masks. Ally was super sweet and made conversation the whole time. You could tell the employees really care about getting to know their customers, as they knew customers by name and knew about their lives. Ally noticed my nails were extremely short and did her absolute best with trying to get my nails to look good despite that. She took her time and always checked to make sure nothing hurt and that I liked my nails. When I asked her to fix something she never questioned me, she actually thanked me for pointing it out. They also offer lots of other services, you can find it out their website it's super user friendly. My pedi isn't pictured but I will absolutely be coming back and bringing everyone I know here! I absolutely enjoyed my time while getting my pedicure and a gel manicure. It was a relaxing atmosphere. My gel manicure lasted 2 1/2 weeks which is longer than usual for me. I would definitely recommend this salon to others. read more

Zero stars if allowed. I stopped on a Saturday afternoon hoping to get a basic manicure. When I arrived, there was one person at the counter and four employees sitting in the waiting area. When I asked about getting a manicure, I was told they had no openings. The interesting thing was the reason was not due to no open spots but because they were only allowed to do pedicures and not manicures. So basically five people sitting around doing nothing. What a great business concept ... NOT. Would not recommend this place. What a great location wasted on a below par nail salon. read more

Absolutely love this spa! Went in over the weekend and did not feel rushed. The owner herself is such a doll and makes you feel pampered no matter what service you're requesting. I reside in Morton, but will gladly drive the half hour to this establishment for all of my pampering needs. read more
