The owners Dawn and Ty, were very nice as well as the other employee. She (I can't think of her name )was actually very very nice. The shop was very clean and I really appreciated the fact that they take appointments all the time,even on Saturdays. Did I mention that the shop was VERY clean and comfortable. I also appreciated that they are very honest with the turnaround time and don't just double book you. I got a pedicure and manicure for $48. A bit more expensive than the chicago land area. Yet,I tend to get a pedicure and no chip manicure for $50-$55. She did an absolutely amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very thorough. While the nail technicians were very nice and personable and the shop was very clean; I wasn't completely satisfied with my nails. I believe the polish I chose may have been running out or something because my nails have chipped already and it's been less than 24 hours. I think they just need to update their polish a bit. I would suggest looking for an OPI color and asking them, how long they've had the color if you are looking to get a regular manicure. Now they had plenty of options for gel. Perhaps, they specialize in gel manicures and I went with the wrong service. I also saw that they offer microblading and eye lash extensions there but I did not use either of these services. I just thought they were cool services.

Shannon was my stylist and took off a huge chunk of my hair by my ear when I asked for my bangs to be trimmed. Now the two sides of my hair do not match up at all and are completely uneven. I was clear in what I wanted and after the matter the owner of the salon came and tried to fix it by layering the rest of my hair to match. A 3 inch chunk of hair missing from the side of your head, however, is not fixable. I will have to pin back my hair for at least a year until it reaches the length of the rest of my hair. Even then, it is quite noticeable. The service was terrible and took forever. Not worth it, even with the groupon. Don't waste your time and go great clips or literally any other salon.

went in for gelx nails. first he used my real nails instead of tips which ended up terrible because…read morethe gel didn't build so they were bending and very brittle. Charged me $85 . so I came back the next day and asked him to fix them. He put on tips this time , much better but he charged me $30 this time so I am now paying $115 for a set of gelx nails which they typically charge $45 for. I did have them remove my acrylics which was $15 Now two days later my nails look like press on nails, they are bubbling and lifting up around the cuticles. I never had gelx nails before but I'd imagine they don't turn out like this, very disappointing
