But I went on a Saturday and was rushed through, I thought okay, no more saturdays. Then I had an appointment in the afternoon , I usually went first thing in am. I do wonder if tech was trying to squeeze a client in before me or if another appointment was late. My whole problem is not the wait, it was the poor rush job I got twice. Not going back.

They were running a little behind for my appointment but the great job, clean facility and friendly employees made up for it. He did a fantastic job cleaning the cuticles and was very careful applying the color. Short massage with lotion at the end. FYI, $30 at Metro (accepts credit) and $28 at Lynn's (cash/check only).

I visited this nail salon for the first time as a gift from a friend. We both got manicures and pedicures. The nail technicians were friendly, gentle, and highly skilled. They did a fabulous job with our nails as well as providing massages with the service. I hadn't visited in a nail salon for several years, but an added bonus was the fact that Natural Nails was free of the typical chemical odors I have experienced in other salons. I am so excited to go back for my birthday next month! read more

I'm here from the East coast visiting a friend and needed a gel manicure removed and redone. I've been many nail salons in numerous cities and not only did this place rate higher than all nail places I've been to, they did it in the cleanest, friendliest of ways. I've already promised to come back the next time I visit my friend. Thank you! read more

First, they sat us 5 seats away, and she had to sit by herself. She is 8 years old. The man who was doing her nails was laughing at her because when he pushed back her cuticles, it hurt her. Our appointment was at 5pm and we didn't get out until 7pm. My nieces nails took 10 minutes. I kid you not. I showed the young woman what I wanted, and it took her two hours to get this... I spent 75 dollars (for just myself. 105 altogether including my niece and tip.) The first photo below is my inspiration photo. I asked for TWO C's. The letter on BOTH of my ring fingers. I asked her to keep the hearts on both of my index fingers. She proceeded all four C's on my ring and used finger. She then put a heart on both pinkies. My middle finger and my thumbs were supposed to be French tip. I don't even know what she did. You can see the bubbles and where she placed the fake nail. It looks cheap. I am VERY disappointed. I really want a refund. The designs are shaky and unprofessional. I do not recommend going there!
