The tech reused old gloves, reused toe-spreaders, and dipped and redipped her hands into what appeared to be communal tubs of scrub and massage cream. She and other techs pushed various up-sells uncomfortably. Sad color selection and total chaos in organization. Very good foot massage and scrub. I would not recommend this place. This was my first visit, and I came in for a regular gel pedicure. All the technician did was trim, file, and paint my toenails--there was no massage, callus removal, lotion, or any of the usual steps that are typically included in a pedicure. When I went to pay, I was told it would be $50, which is the highest I have ever paid for a gel pedicure, especially considering the lack of services provided. When I asked about the price, the man at the front was very hostile and dismissive. I left feeling ripped off. She did a great job cleaning up my cuticles with the nipper. In addition to the normal hand and arm massage, they also do a neck and shoulder massage which was so nice! Terrible nail set. One of my nails were crooked. Another nail chipped where the overlay of the acrylic and my nails meet. The ping job was awful- I got white- and she missed corners of the nail. Went there and got a no chip manicure. So far my manicure is fine. My color doesn't match the nail sample but it's doable. My boyfriend got a mani pedi. They did the mani while he was sitting in the pedi chair. I paid while he was finishing up, I should have waited. In the car I noticed his cuticles looked like crap. Like they did nothing at all! He doesn't like to complain so we didn't go back in. And I understand and respect their race but it's rude to flat out ignore your customer and just point to what you want from them while you speak to your co workers and laugh in a language they don't understand. Just rude and mediocre at best quality. Won't be returning. read more

I have been going to this salon for over a year now and I still don't have a regular technician because I'm comfortable with them all. They are very good at listening to your personal needs/wants. I like to do creative things with my nails and they are willing to look at my pictures and imitate the design nicely. Weather you get a mani or pedi you get a nice massage and they are always improving on the beautiful salon. Walked in at 2 pm, asked if they had any room for a pedicure. The lady at reception said it right now but if you come back at 2:30 we could fit you in. I said actually that could work as I have time. I got a call at 2:20 saying it would actually not work until 2:45 now. No problem *again* can wait another 15 minutes. Show up at 2:45 and they let me sit for 10 minutes and say you know what we actually can't get you in today. So I waited for an hour for them to do nothing. And send me home. read more

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been too. The lady that did my nails started by clipping them so short. Then we she filed them it hurt so bad cause the nail file was tearing my skin. She made my cuticles bleed when she clean them up plus she painted over the cuticle onto the skin. Not even 12 hours after having them done and the polish is peeling. Don't go to this salon. While it is spacious and appears to be clean, I ended up on antibiotic's twice from pedi's I received here. I had gone to this salon on several past occasion so when I went this April and got an infection in one toe that required antibiotic's, I assumed the issue was isolated. I returned in May and the tech cut a different toe. I got another infection from that cut that required antibiotic's. To add to my dissatisfaction, when I was cut the tech put something on my toe to stop the bleeding but couldn't tell me what it was. When I brought it to the managers attention, he said it was medicine and that my toe wouldn't get infected. Then I was charged for the pedi. Two infections in two months from the same place is too much for me. I'll be finding another salon. read more

Cashier laughed at her because she didn't have cash in dollar bills and used a debit card. Lady who filed her nails was using the same file for multiple people. If you are a regular customer, you will get a plastic box with your name and your own tools that they use on you. If you ever have a problem, they will do their best to correct it. I have been here several times with my mom, but I don't love it. First, they do not have a very large selection of colors. Why even be in the nail business if you don't offer tons of choices? Then, they don't have magazines. All the salons I've been to in other cities provide a huge selection of magazines. I also find the techs to be rough. I prefer gentle pampering, not experiencing pain. Finally, even if you make an appointment, you have to wait. So, my advice to them is don't even offer appointments if you don't honor them. read more

I had a mani/pedi at Natural Nails this past week and was disappointed with the service. The actual paint job they did was fine (that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but I was expecting more of a focus on exfoliation of the skin especially my feet. In addition, I felt rushed and like they were rusing. Finally, the technician doing my pedicure made a phone call while working on my feet. I also saw another technician doing this as well. I know that things come up, but excuse yourself and go to the breakroom and make a call if necessary. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. My personal choice for a mani/pedi in Peoria is Skin Dimensions/Soderstrom. The technicians there do a wonderful job and the atmosphere is so nice and relaxing. read more

My friend & I saw a special advertised on Facebook for a $40 "deluxe pedicure". We'd never been here before but decided to try it. We walked in around 1pm on a Saturday and it wasn't very busy but they still said they only had time to do one at a time, to which we agreed. No one talked about the regular vs deluxe pedicures or whatever other options they may have and there was no service menu available. My friend, whose pedicure started after mine, got some sort of salt in her water while I had nothing but plain water. My technician was very surly, acted put out that I wanted a design and did the absolute bare minimum. My friend's technician was at least friendly, as was the man working the reception desk. My friend's technician mentioned we should have gotten the deluxe pedicure to which my friend pointed out we were not given the option. They said it was basically our fault for not asking for it but that they will honor the special price for next time. I suppose it sort of is our fault, but as new clients we didn't know for sure there are different pedicures offered. And even so, our service should have been fairly identical for two regular pedicures. I'm thinking this will be my first and last time here as there are other places I like and that give a better pedicure. read more
