The nail spa is family owned and they take their time completing your service. I was there Thanksgiving Eve and 12/23 visiting my family from out of town. I never felt rushed and they accommodated everyone from customers calling, stoping by and purchasing gift certificates in between their in person clientele. Very very slow. I came in on a Tuesday afternoon and I was the only one there. I asked for a dip manicure and I was there for 2.5 hours. Very nice people but be prepared to be there for at least 1.5 hours. My mani was mediocre at best - uneven lines, the dip was uneven on my nails - overall just sloppy. read more

I am beyond frustrated leaving here after getting a mani, pedi and my eyebrows waxed. It took a solid 2 1/2 hours to get these three things done and they really didn't do that good of a job. They are very sweet family but so slow and it is very hard for me to understand what they are saying. I asked them to do a simple design on my big toes and I showed them a picture of what I wanted which was a Mickey mouse design which basically is just three black dots and they couldn't get that right even though I showed them exactly what I wanted. my nails are all completely different lengths and after looking at the finished product there are so many flaws on my nails like areas that aren't painted or other flaws in my gel nails not to mention for these three services it cost me $90 which is really pricey for a half assed job. I also kept getting yelled at by the old man every time I had to scratch my shoulder! read more

I think it is a Mother, father and daughter business. They are always welcoming to walk-ins. Their standard pedicure came with a scrub and warm towel. Phoned and made a 12:00 noon appointment with Tony didn't get my feet in the water until 12:40. Not a happy camper. Seems to be a disconnect between staff. When I called to make appointment the elderly gentlemen didn't understand English and I had to request a different person to take my information still when I did make my requested appointment I was told manicurist would be open at noon. For about a year this was the only place I went for a pedi. Last month was it for me. The polish choices have shrunk to nothing. The manicurist had to thin it prior to use. My color was flat and barely had shine and it wasn't done well. If I'm going to pay $30 plus tip the least they could do is buy polish and do a good job. I won't be back. read more

I am so happy I found this place! The owners (I think they are married) are so sweet and my pedicure looks fabulous. The woman that did my nails really seemed to take her time and was very gentle, while still making my feet baby soft. I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a nail salon comparable to the ones I like in Chicago. After being disappointed by the quality of work at two other places in Peoria, I ran across the Reflexions on someone's Facebook post.
