I'm a Disabled Marine Corps War Vet and endured 6 surgeries in the past two years. Honor Health…read morePrimary Care Jomax, Dr. Rajil Karnani became my Primary Care Physician following a 12 day hospital stay in April 2025. The hospital performed many blood tests, CAT Scans, Chest XRays, MRI, colonoscopy etc., and discovered that I also had Valley Fever that had spread to my lymphatic system and internal organs. All of these tests and diagnosis were clearly noted in my medical records and available for Dr. Karnani's review. I was still near level 10 pain following my discharge and reported to Dr. Karnani. He made me feel like a burden, no compassion, failed to perform an exam of any kind and would not prescribe pain medication and so I suffered terribly for several weeks until I could see my pulmonologist, gastrointestinal, and internal medicine doctors. Two months later, I was forced to see him (MY PCP) again, and he would not even renew my Fluconazole Antibiotic for Valley Fever, even though I was going to run out before my Pulmonary Appointment 18 days later. Moreover, as my new Primary Care Physician (PCP) he declined to renew my Alprazolam for PTSD and my testosterone therapy that I had been on for 15 years again adding to my pain and suffering. He told me there are several meds he won't prescribe regardless of the results. He made me feel like a scammer or liar despite a novel of supporting medical testing and previous prescriptions for the same. I shared embarrassing and emotionally painful experiences with him and explained how the meds worked for me and improved my quality of life, and he became agitated. I finally got up and kindly dismissed myself from his office, and the worst doctor experience of my life. Dr. Karnani stigmatises certain medications regardless of the proven or positive result with the patient. Even with overwhelming support of several physicians, testing, and years of positive results. Beware he WILL NOT FILL MANY MEDICATIONS AND FAILS TO TREAT HIS PATIENTS WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT! IN FACT HE FAILED TO EXAMINE OR TREAT ME AT ALL! Troy H.

I hope that people see my review as things have obviously changed dramatically at Honorhealth…read moreJomax. I see a resident for my care and he is excellent. I saw a second resident when my doctor was doing rounds in cardiology. Also excellent. The attendings are great as well. The office staff couldn't be nicer. If you want a primary care who spends quality time with you, come here. You will be pleasantly surprised. I came here desperate to find someone to listen to my concerns and found my home!

Got a message to say, Dr. Levins is no longer at the practice, contacted the practice, and they…read morerefuse to say if Dr. Levins has retired or gone elsewhere. The practice has gone downhill since it was absorbed by Optima, just another Walmartlike company absorbing doctors' offices. I would not recommend them for care and with Dr. Levins being gone, they don't even have physicians at Tatum Highlands anymore, just PA's and NP's, according to their website. Reading through other reviews, I will also state that it is hard to get prescriptions sent in correctly. Cathy was very hard to work with even after multiple calls to her. I also had billing issues because whomever is doing the coding obviously doesn't know how to do their job. My annual physical this year was coded as a high regular visit. As cumbersome as it will be, I am finding a new PCP that actually has a physician at their practice that offers patient-centered care

I've been a patient of Tatum Highlands for the past 5 years. I was referred by a previous client of…read moremine who has since left the practice. Previously they were fantastic about communication and responding to prescription refill requests. Over the past 6 months they've gotten progressively worse and worse. Calling to refill the prescription used to be a same day affair, instead now they delay and I'm lucky if I can even get them on the phone when I call. Unfortunately with medication shortages, their slow speed at faxing/electronic prescriptions has yielded delays in me getting my medications. It means I have to call back repeatedly and hope that they have some urgency. Since they were acquired by a different practice, their care quality has gone down significantly. Given the longevity of being there, I'm giving them another chance, but if not I'll have to find somewhere new.

We have been going to this office for 4 years and have family members who have gone for 9 years…read more This office has gone so incredibly downhill since switching over to Arbor. We've been ignoring it because they are close and easy to get same day appointments. We had an appointment today at 3:30. The waiting room was packed and I overheard parents saying they were there to see the same doctor. I asked the front desk staff if they were behind (15 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and was notified the doctor still had 3 patients in front of us. I asked the front desk why they didn't call people to tell them that they were so far behind, and she said they didn't know. You don't get delayed THREE appointments that quickly. They also failed to tell me when I checked in for the appointment. Do better. We shouldn't have to juggle kids in your waiting room (especially ones who are very anxious for scheduled vaccines) because you are running behind and don't tell anyone. Pure insanity. We will be looking for a new pediatrician after today.

However, our most recent visit made me seriously consider finding a new clinic. During this visit, I was informed there was an issue with our insurance. I provided the current insurance card and a reference number from our insurance company at the front desk, and was asked to wait in another room. When the nurse came to bring us in, I asked if the insurance issue had been resolved. At that point, a staff member at the front office abruptly responded, "That's why I asked you if you wanted to pay out of pocket for today!"--in a noticeably rude tone. It's disappointing that one unpleasant interaction can overshadow the efforts of the many kind and professional staff members we've encountered in the past. I understand that, to some staff members, we may be seen as "patients" and not "customers," but basic respect and kindness should still apply. I genuinely hope this individual can take to heart the simple principle of treating others the way they would want to be treated.

When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

They also have a 24/7 hotline if you need a Dr after hours or have questions. I've never been treated so well at a Dr office in my entire life. I would recommend OSH over Desert Ridge any day of the week.

Dawn was very knowledgeable, explained what she was doing and suggested ideas to me. Dawn stepped out of the exam room momentarily and returned with some equipment. She performed a procedure on me, explaining what she was going to do. She told me to let her know if there was any discomfort, pain etc. It was a teamwork effort where she required my assistance. It was easy and painless. It was strange in feeling but that about it. The doctor came in shortly after we finished to ensure all issues had been resolved. He was happy with the outcome and so was it. I received a report almost immediately of the outcome of my visit in MyChart. Large outdoor shared parking and WiFi.

My first visit with the Dr. Waters went very well we discussed my medical conditions and he treated me for them. My second visit I hurt my neck and came into the office in severe pain. He touched my neck and said it was most likely a muscle strain and referred me to physical therapy. I could barely keep my head up as it was hanging on the right side of my shoulder. I went to the physical therapy appointment and the therapist looked at my neck and said you need to go to the Hospital now and called an ambulance for me. When I got there they did a scan of my neck and I was rushed to another hospital to have emergency total artificial disc replacement. I lost 30 percent of my strength on my right side from the nerves being pressed from my disc for too long because Dr. Waters did not think there was anything wrong with me and did not order any tests to rule anything out. I went to him after for my follow up visit after the hospital and I was treated very poorly by him. After that visit he refused to continue treating me for my conditions and would know longer refill my prescriptions that I have been on for over 10 years. As a physician he knew he messed up did not apologize and I ended up having to find a new primary care doctor. I chose his office because it is down the street from where I live and I can not drive and I had to find another Dr further away for me to now have to take an Uber to get to. If you are considering him as your primary care doctor I would look somewhere else. He does not care about his patients and is very rude. I could have ended up paralyzed if it wasn't for the therapist who caught my neck injury. And refusing to refill my medications that my previous primary Doctor treated me for was horrible. I had to go to an urgent care to get a refill until I was able to find a new primary care doctor to start treating me. The staff was also very rude to me as well.
