It was really strange when they just laid me back in the chair right out in the open in front of everyone! The place I'm used to going takes you to a private room where you lay down on a bed and they give you warm blankets to cover up . It makes it very relaxing , while they work their magic. Here it was cold and it felt really strange to lay back in an uncomfortable chair , out in the open , in front of everybody , to have the service done! I do wish I would've left before having it done, now. Unfortunately, my right eyelashes took, but my left eye did not! So now I am stuck, looking very strange with my right eyelashes curled, and my left lashes not! . I haven't called to complain because I know I can't get it redone. I have to wait the course of a few months until the solution is off of my lashes to return to the place that does do a great job. I felt it was important to let people know this , because it sucks that my eyes look completely different! My right lashes are pretty and awake and my left eye looks bare unless I put a few coats of mascara on it to try to match my right eye. I do want to end on a positive note , saying that the girls were very friendly and the salon looked cute and clean so maybe try it for a different service but not the lash lift and tint!

Aside from leaving with beautiful and gorgeous brows every time, Natalia really treats you. She wipes your face with a moist and scented towelette, after waxing, gives you a light massage on your brows and temples, and then puts cold towels on your face to help with the redness. If that's not top notch eyebrow service... idk what is! As for the location it's a super cute "studio" style two story loft. There's an adjoined salon on the first floor which I believe operates separately. It is a little difficult to find, but when you find the building it is the last place on the the far left. I could have done a better job waxing my own and I suck lol but at least I know basic symmetry . 2 days later I know have scabs underneath both eyes from her cutting me with the threat. This is amateur work and should be free if she is still in practice mode.
