She took her time which for me is everything because it proves she truly does take her work serious. She did BEAUTIFUL highlights on me, constantly checking on the bleach, and knowing what i wanted during consultation. Danny was rude towards the end at check-out ,as most of my tip went to Bianca of course as she spent over 7 hours on my hair. Danny charged me 330 dollars (not complaining, i knew the price before i walked in the door) for a 5 minute haircut which does not compare to 7 hours, then you wanna be rude because of the $110 tip difference between you and your employee? After hearing how Danny canceled an appointment because of a sudden " family death " which later popped out with instagram posts on vacation, he is the type to steal the tip. As I was leaving I told him " Bye, have a good night." this man looked me dead in the eye as I walked out. I am not upset nor mad, just glad that I know I will never step foot in this salon again. 2 other male hairdressers made sneaky comments about my sister thinking I couldnt hear them. We are back in NJ and she has been crying every day and not wanting to go to school. I contacted the salon and a gentleman was receptive to my concern after I sent pictures. He apologized and told the stylist that was supposed to work that day was out so Nada was a stand in. He offered 40% off next hair service and asked me to send my Venmo information for a refund. Two of us selected the straight dry and it lasted all week. Another got a curly style but because her hair is naturally straight and thick it lasted only 36 hours or so afterwards nice waves remained. My daughters usually wash their hair daily but after the dry they were using plastic caps to protect it. Service was very good from the minute they answer the phone Cons Parking only valet or try the marina (I went round and round and had to return to valet or would miss appointment) They will not put the tip on your bill, only cash. The place is rather small and I can see it getting packed pretty soon if they keep up the good work. Tip If the owner is there you can request a haircut . It is on the pricey side but an excellent precision cut. Bring cash for tips, tips are not imposed but very well deserved Overall Very pleased, will return soon.

My natural color was also lost because highlights were placed all over my head, even though I never asked for that. The final price ended up being 2.5 times higher than the original quote, without my consent. Throughout the appointment I didn't feel heard, understood, or that my hair and overall look were in safe hands. When I expressed my concerns, I was told that no stylist in this salon could properly correct the work and was offered an $85 refund to go fix it somewhere else. I declined, because it's not about the money - it's about professionalism, integrity, and delivering what the client asks for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
