We brought our dog here for a nail trim, and I like that you can watch the groomers at work. Our dog doesn't get as nervous here as she did when we took her to the vet for a nail trim. The staff are friendly and helpful; we like to shop here and it's great to be able to drop in for a nail trim. read more

I've been a loyal customer for a long time. Bought all my fish and fish supplys and equipment. Even during the pandemic still patronize. Lately the are process remodeling. And all the fish Department was closed. I gone to other pet stores and often checked with petgo. Today the fish Department was open and much needed pump specific for my tank. They did not have that one. I asked to associated and her down talking me with an additude that I did not deserve. I would love to give this place a five star because i have had nothing but wonderful experience with my previous Petco store. However, i booked my online appointment for my dog over the weekend for an afternoon appointment. They confirmed the appointment the day before and i replied with yes. The day of my appointment they texted me asking could i bring my dog earlier and i replied i couldn't (because i can't adjust my time from work). They replied with I'm off at 5:30 and i won't be able to finish her off because of the 3 - 4 hour time frame i need and the person that's closing can't finish her off either. I said well this should have been mentioned earlier because i can't just up and adjust my schedule. This has happened to me once before this time. It's very upsetting because, if the online appointments aren't arcuate then they should not be up. read more

The employees here are very nice. I like being able to watch the dogs getting groomed and the fact that you can adopt a cat right there. My daughter loves looking at the birds and the other small mammals. read more

Called for a grooming appointment and Petco called us back within 1 day and had an app time to for us. We got our pup in for a great haircut. Mallory and other groomers there are great with dogs and do a great job with grooming. I highly recommend Petco grooming in Turlock to everyone. read more

Went into the new store in Turlock to buy some dog food. I needed to buy a certain kind due to my dogs allergies. Well there was no one around at all to help me. After roaming around for over 20 min. I finally went up to the register and asked for some help. They said they would send some one to help but after another 20 min. Of waiting for someone to help I finally gave up. This store has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I will never go back to this store again! Terrible service!! read more

Avoid trying to take your pet here for grooming unless you keep his/her rabies record in your back pocket. We drove from over 30 minutes away to get our dog groomed after choosing which package we wanted via the website. NOTHING on the website that I saw made any mention of accompanying our pet in with his rabies record. Also, they've groomed our dog in the past, so there should have been no issue. Amanda from the grooming department was rude and condescending. She insisted if I had made an appointment, the problem could have been averted. Um...why would I make an appointment when you accept walk-ins?? Seriously, this place is a joke. We'll be finding a new groomer who isn't an asshole and who isn't ridiculously OVERPRICED for what you get. read more

I went to the grand opening of Petco Animal Supplies today and definitely had a great experience. Ninos was extremely helpful and provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. I wanted more of a product that they were out of stock with and he was able to find an appropriate solution in just a couple of minutes. I have been here a couple of times, and even recommended to my mom that she shops here because I have had such good experiences. The staff is very knowledgeable and so helpful, and if they don't now the answer, they find someone who does. One lady even called another coworker to ask a fish question for me! They are really great! If you need pet supplies I highly recommend going here! Plus they have ocean noises by the turtles and fish, and I think that is just spectacular! read more

The lady was really nice I forgot my card and she let me go get it and come back where I was in line she was nice to my child. It was clean. It had stuff my dog loves. She eat all her food now and loves there treats. These is our go to place for our dog food. My dog like these place. Our dog is really sensitive but they have food that our dog like. They also have medicine for a dog. Last time we came here to ask what our dog should be eating and what we should put on it because it's a losing hair they were kind and respectful and told us different options we can do and the one we picked work. So that's why I rate this is a five-star it's my favorite Petco and my daughter says she loves it super much. And they have different stuff they have a lot of sales. like the 10 Can of food for 10 and our dog ate it all up my daughter loves this place I love this place our dog loves this place my son loves this place my husband loves this place is beautiful.
