They have the WORST communication of any business I've ever seen. They do not answer their phone regularly - it always goes to voicemail and on top of that, they don't return those voicemails. I was able to finally reach someone after multiple days of calling to schedule an appointment. Appointment is schedule for 2 weeks out - that's great. Day of appointment comes, groomer calls out sick - I get it, no worries. They move my appointment to the following week on a Friday, same time - again, great, that works. I call Tuesday to confirm the time of my appointment - no answer, nothing returned. Same with my calls Wednesday and Thursday. No answer, no call back to VM. Show up on Friday, with the idea that my appointment was the same time that I was told 3 weeks ago. The person checking me in tells me, "We had your appointment down for an hour earlier and we're booked for the day, we can reschedule you for 3 weeks from now." No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Sure, their staff is nice and professional without a doubt. But their management is horrendous. Hire someone to answer the phone

We decided to enroll Paco in Sit Means Sit, and we are beyond grateful we did. Matt has been absolutely amazing with Paco. He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly cares about the dogs he works with. He always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had the right tools and guidance to continue Paco's training at home between sessions. The transformation has been incredible. Well we are two weeks in with our doggie being home and having done a week of Board and Train with…read moreBrian. Prior to SMS, we were having issues with confidence and excitement. He was charging people and dogs while walking ONLY with me. And growling at and even attacked one of our cats, who for reference was his best friend for ages. They'd even sleep together and played a lot. I wanted Miles to get to training before we ended up with him biting someone was my greatest fear. So we picked him up on 4/20 in the morning and went over basics with Brian. Miles was EXHAUSTED for the first few days. Obviously from all that physical AND mental work. But he was immediately different. SO chill. Completely relaxed. By Tuesday of last week (just three FULL days after being home, almost 4,) I was already able to walk him and get Heel, Sit, Down and no reaction to people OR dogs passing with just a 1 tap on the remote. We started with a 3 or 4 the first few days.Miles regularly does GREAT with just this level. We went back on Friday, 4/26 for a session to follow up with Brian. We were VERY pleased with Miles progress as was Brian. We worked on the heel to perfect it and also Tie down, the leash stand and reviewed a few questions. Because Miles was doing so well, Brian suggested that maybe he'd do well with agility work. So he set him up a small course, and put him through it. Well Miles did NOT like it. He LOVED it!!! He had SO much fun. And he was doing AMAZING. He caught on SO fast. So fast rbat Brian sent us specs to build the jumps!! We also worked on high object "place." And Brian gave us lots of tips on that. With it only being 9 days since our pickup and 13 days since he started training, I'd say this was 1000% worth this training. We didn't have a BAD dog but a dog that needed some tweaks and some humans that needed help doing it. Now my husband and I look forward to walks and spending time with and taking him places. And Miles therefore gets MORE time with his people. Ellie, our daughter, LOVES doing "place" and commands with him and Jack, our son, is LOVING agility SO much that he and his dad already started building Miles jumps!!! We aren't very far into this but so far 5 HUGE stars. Thank you Brian!!! Also the office staff has been tremendous. They are responsive and kind and great at following up. 9ur entire experience from consultation to two weeks out is excellent!

We contacted Auntie Sally after we had been trying to train our new puppy and were hitting some…read moremajor frustration points. She was extremely responsive and we were able to schedule a home visit. I wasn't expecting an immediate improvement from just one home visit but there's no other way to describe it. Our dog absolutely loved Sally and was quickly eager to respond to the new strategies and exercises. It helped us feel like we were back in control and back to enjoying a happy puppy again. We also took her 6 week puppy class. The material was just the right amount and a good pace of progression. It was encouraging to see our puppy learning new things each week and Sally always had great input and advice in response to class questions. I am so glad I found her!! We plan to take more classes. I can't record recommend her highly enough. You dog will thank you.

Even years later, my phone blows up with all sorts of crazy accusations and stories. It's rather interesting. She's died many ways apparently. My dog was killed in your care, and you did nothing about it but threaten me. The lawsuit backfired due to the threats, and taking away my rights. Didn't pay for her cremation, but tried to put me in prison for extortion because I told him I would not take the review down. Then tried to sue me for 80k...is that what it was? Karma is a beautiful thing.

I reached out to Dick to inform him of our loss and of Coach's subsequent problems-he got out to our new house as soon as he could, we worked him for a couple of hours this morning. We are so grateful for Dick, he's always there to answer questions, he's upfront and honest about what we're doing that's creating issues and he makes the training fun and enjoyable for all of us!
