If I could give them a zero I would!! Basically Mothers Day at 2:45
We went into the store to adopt a orange tabby named Watson
The cashier pages for someone to help us. After about 5 minutes a lady from the back come up slightly limping. The cashier asked her to help us, her reply " I'm waiting for mr my daughter to pick me up, I can't"!!
We then waited for just over 5 minutes MORE, still no help, no help or anything from the cashier and the other lady. We then got annoyed since it seemed it was either too hard to help us, a bother to help us, or they simply had a "I don't give a F"
We will never go into the store at 2545 W Florida by our house and instead drive over a half hour away to the Temucula store!! They always seem to have people there to help, and maybe they will show more attention to adopting of one of their animals.
I think the Hemet store and their employees need a refresher course on how their CUSTOMERS are who help pay their pay checks. I guess employees at THIS store missed the class. Thanks again for spoiling my wife's Mothers Day!! read more
