Called Petco grooming before my arrival as a walk-in to get a simple nail trim they confirmed they had the time and could do it as long as I'm there before four because that's when the groomers like to leave. I was there at 3 o'clock was not spoken a word to and given a finger as in I'll be with you in a second after browsing the entire store I gave up and decided to leave at 3:45. I went there a few months ago and I had my bearded dragon. Dabs. this little girl asked me about bearded dragon care cause she got one and I told her That if she was listening to petco that they have inaccurate information and I made sure she had everything right . One of the workers heard me and I got reported and Derrick kicked me out because I was talking "bad" about their store which every store needs to have good costumer service and all that And be able to accept and listen to the costumers concerns on animal Care and all that. I tried to get crickets today and I went with my partner and my friend cause I really needed them and he caused us problems and I just wanted to go in get crickets and come back out with no issue. he needs to be fired he has had an attitude with me in the past when everything was all good before this incident and had an attitude with my friends when they went. Maybe if they had better service and would actually listen this shit wouldn't happen. They called the cops on us because we was sitting in the parking lot figuring out what to do next that and I was on the phone with corporate. Don't go to this petco! They suck! I called to book a grooming appointment and after everything was all set up I made the mistake of mentioning that my pet has an anxiety prescription and they very rudely placed me on hold passed me to the manager and she cancelled my appointment even though I told her I would not give the medicine to my dog on the day of the appointment. They obviously have a serious discrimination problem against small dogs with anxiety. This made no sense to me whatsoever. I have owned pets my whole life and never heard of not grooming a dog because of medication they might be prescribed AS NEEDED. This is the most unorganized Petco ever. I had an appointment for my pup, drove the stinking 45 minute drive (we just moved to Louisiana from another state) so wanted to try out this grooming center. I set up my appointment for 1:30 the next day. Loaded the kids in the car for the drive, got all the way there for the lady to tell me the shop is closed. I asked why didn't anyone call me, she just said the system must have been down and that's why they didn't call me. Reason why they cancelled? The AC unit is out. Piss poor service.
