My reasons for giving 5 stars: 1. super easy to schedule. If you call on a Monday, you'll definitely get in before the end of the week. 2. Friendly staff (both humans and fur babies). They want you to get the kind of cut you want, so they're humbly open to hearing you out. 3. Quick turn around time. I think the longest an appointment has ever lasted is 3.5 hours. I own a very fluffy Pomeranian and it's hard finding a groomer that knows how to cut his hair. I've tried several places, each time I explained to the groomer how I'd like my dog's hair to be cut and each time I left disappointed. I left a review on another place that was quick to shave my Cocker. No way was I doing that because he suffered with anxiety afterwards. called Puppy Sudz and they evaluated the situation and took care of my Gumbo. NO SHAVING! I am dropping off my other Cocker to be cleaned up because again the other grooming place did an awful job. My Alaskan Malamute is going for a bath and blow out . Fantastic! I've been lost since our groomer, Carly, left Riverside a couple years ago and have been in search of a replacement ever since. I've searched high and low and had not been able to find anybody up to par until now. Carla did a super job. Addison looks great and is a happy dog again. They gave my dog an okay haircut, albeit noticeably asymmetrical. :-/ It also took a lot longer than they said it would. What's the point of reserving a 1 hour appointment if they're going to keep my dog all day? I planned to drop him off, run a few errands, and pick him up on my way home, but I wound up having to just go back home and call repeatedly to check before they finally said he was ready. read more

I just moved here from the west coast with my two puppies. I cannot believe how few grooming places there are in the area. I do not go to places like Petco and the vet I take them to does not have a good groomer. This place was great! My only complaint is that they need to make the place look a little better on the inside. I was ready to leave when i first walked in because the place looks so cold and unwelcoming. Carla was so understanding of my last minute needs for both of my pups! Not to mention we had an emergency on the way there, ended up late and covered in messes...she took them both in with no problem! I called and they kindly took my two hairy malamutes that were covered in mud because they escaped. My dogs have never looked so beautiful. Was just passing thru, dog needed a bath, I just dropped, they took her right away, she was done in less time than stated, she called me when my dog was finished. Dog was happy, looked great, smelled wonderful, soft and fluffy. Attendants were great with dogs, place was clean, smelled good, prices very reasonable.
