Wonderful experience! Fast service! I had read some reviews on NorthShore Grooming and though I'd take my dog for a haircut. First impression...love the interior design! Very cute New Orleans theme and extremely clean. I had no qualms about leaving my dog. I received a text approximately 1 hour later when he was nearly ready. When I walked in, he was in the middle of a 'photo shoot' showing off his new haircut. He had the works done...haircut, bath, dry, claws filed, teeth brushed. Let me say this, previously others had problems trying to get his claws filed/cut....but not here...he was able to get this much needed service done easily. Prices are very reasonable, as well. We left as a happy, clean cut dog and a happily relieved owner. I will definitely use NorthShore Grooming again!!! Many thanks!!! read more

My 10 yr. old dog Chico went to Northshore Groomer for the first time yesterday. Chico received Royal Package given by the owner Kelly who by the way is the sweetest. She did an awesome job with my Chico. The place is clean and so open and decorated adorable and so colorful. I could tell right away Chico this is the place for my dog. For the first time in the last year my dog actually came home with a little pep in his step and he wanted to play and run around. We fell in love with this sweet staff from day one. They have always done what we've asked, from length of my puppy's cut, to not grinding her nails. The owner found a problem when expressing my puppy's glands that I would've never known about otherwise and which, thankfully, got us to the vet before the problem got worse. So thankful! They know who my pup is just by seeing my number on caller ID... how good does that make me feel!? Also really love the glamor shots when the visit is over! Will try their other services next... We visit NorthShore Grooming with Kooper our 5 month old Yorkie, the first time just to check the place out we were greeted with nothing but kindness by the team and was told all about the service they could provide to our Kooper. Well three weeks later we booked Kooper an appointment for a bath, cut and nail grinding with Kelly. 10/10 would recommend NorthShore Grooming! They were quick, amazing, and so good with my baby for her first grooming! We had a not so good experience with another groomer where the atmosphere was too much for my baby so we stopped by right after it was unsuccessful to at least try and book something and they were able to take her in right then even though they were closed AND she did amazing! It was quiet and relaxing and my baby looks so cute! read more

The facility is clean. Kelly was grooming at a table right next to a window. I have an older dog who requires a little extra care. They took time to talk with me about his needs before booking. On "spa day" They took great care and my pup was not by any means stressed. He looks good and seemed to enjoy his outing. Kelly and her husband were great to work with. Rosie was treated like the princess that she is, by Kelly. Kelly is so sweet and Rosie loves her. Sheet have her a beautiful cut! I dropped Rosie off at 1pm picked up my groceries and Rosie was ready to be picked up at 2 pm after I finished shopping. They don't keep my baby or any other animals in a cage. I recommend this business to all dog owners. They are the best! read more

Great Groomer and Location! Everyone is super friendly, talented, and goes above and beyond. My baby had bad anxiety with other groomers and had to be muzzled, but NOT here. Hannah is AMAZING and so good with my baby. They truly love animals and appear to have fun doing their jobs. read more

They are always on time. They are the most professional groomers I have ever used. Our little guy Laddie HATES car rides, but after getting groomed here he is relaxed on the way home. He looks amazing and more than reasonable priced. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Friend of mine opened up this shop, and was grooming my dogs well before then. Absolutely a fantastic person, and my dogs love her too. They are both on medicated shampoo and conditioner, and require bathes weekly. They take care of them, and do such a wonderful job. read more

This was the 3rd visit with them with our shih tzu. They gave her first puppy cut and now her first big girl cut. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. The staff is great the atmosphere is wonderful. I love that they don't use crates or cages. read more
