She set up some in-house consultation time with me to meet her (Sarah) as well as the pet-sitter that would be responsible for my kitties. They were both lovely and I felt comfortable with them. I booked ( through the online portal) the days I needed her to visit the kitties ( I have 2 persian cats). Each visit is 30 minutes and costs around $20 per visit and then an extra $3 per cat. I document each cats details on the portal as well as instructions for them to follow. Updates are sent through the customer portal. I always feel as ease knowing that my kitties are being taken care of. They send daily updates through the portal with cute pics of your pet. I Just have to mention that when Hurricane Barry was said to impact New Orleans, my hubby and i decided to leave because we have a newborn and couldn't risk staying in New Orleans. I called Sarah the day we left and asked her if she could see to the cats while we were away and she agreed too. She is truly our life saver. We played it by ear and because the storms weren't too bad she was able to check on them daily keeping me informed the entire time. She even picked up my packages for me at no additional cost as this was separate visit. If you are considering their services, don't hesitate and book it now. They are suppose to be advanced critical care nurses and one a vet tech and assured us our babies would be in good hands! They were everything but that as we get a text 5 hours later stating our youngest bulldog of the two is DEAD! Yes 5 hours after dropping them off a perfectly healthy dog unresponsive and dead. Not one phone call you heard me right a text. No remorse no apology and no explanation as to what happen!!! Our baby is currently at LSU Animal Hospital getting an autopsy so we can find out what really happen. If you love your animals like we do stay as far away from this place as possible! JC

I'm very particular about places I bring my animals to because my standards are a little different than your average Joe. We scheduled two of our four dogs for their annuals here and I will say that my first impression is 5 stars. Easily. The technician, Lee, was super slow with my nervous girls giving them treats to help them feel more comfortable. Dr. Scott was fantastic with them as well, taking her time to make them feel comfortable before doing anything. My most skittish girl walked straight to the back with Lee without hesitation for her blood draw. Both girls finished their visit with pup cups which was a win for them. Even as patients at the vet I worked for they were on edge and never did relax when there, this seemed to be a very positive experience for both of them and that matters hugely for me. When the animals comfort comes first, you know you found a good vet. Everyone was super sweet including our receptionist Kaitlyn and we look forward to using them in the coming years for the rest of our pets. If you're looking for a vet that has patience with nervous dogs and is a friendly and calm environment ultimately creating a less stressful experience for everyone, this is your vet. The little report cards with photos of your babies was a really cute bonus as well.
