The pictures tell a story about Harley's neck being cut while being groomed. I also noticed that his legs had some nicks right behind the shoulder. I paid the bill and put six dollars in the tip jar. Then when they brought Harley out they asked if I was going to give a tip. I guess all they care about is money. No one told me Harley was nicked they just took let me take them home I didn't notice it wound until two days later I thought it was a reflection of the red from his collar on his neck. After a vet bill and treating him with zinc oxide, cortisone and anti itch crème he is healed. They could've told me about his neck

This is a second review, and I am just as impressed as I was during my first review. Our dog…read moreabsolutely loves this place. Everybody in the place has a smile for me and for my dog everytime we come in the door. What's more, as soon as he sees any of the staff, he immediately goes to them with a happy doggy smile. They have webcams the puppy parents can access during the day and you can tell they are well cared for. We have also boarded our dog with them several times and he is always content with them.

The day of my appointment, I drove there to let them know I didn't feel well. I offered to pay since there was not enough time for her to reschedule. I did want them to meet my dog, Nugget. Nugget is a rescue from the flood. He'd be dead had it not been for my wife. He is a roller and I tried to clip him myself and failed miserably. Madison, one of the groomers, took him away and bathed and clipped him. I guess her patience and understanding won him over. While waiting, there were some loud claps of thunder, and the immediate response was to take action with a dog that was afraid of thunder. They really care for our pets. When she brought him back out to me, I could not believe he was my Nugget. He looked so.... handsome. I'll never take my dog to anyone else. I was impressed and very thankful for them.

I was told DIVA DOG and Brittney was very familiar with the dog. I called as soon as they opened & although they were absolutely Donnie said to bring her in & under the circumstances they would absolutely take care of her. I should mention that this is not the first time this has happened. This dog is use to being in the house with her human momma and nobody else. That being said Donnie & Brittney have a calming effect and she was just fine. They clean her up and she is a new dog. You can tell she feels so much prouder and she likes the way she looks. I don't personally have a dog but if I did DIVA DOG would be the place I would bring them to get groomed Thank goodness Walker has a wonderful business like DIVA DOG and wonderful people like Donnie & Brittney.
