    The WORST petco location ever! Placed an online order for 40 large crickets and when I finally received my order, all of the crickets were dead! Got ahold of customer service and requested another order. After 4 hours of waiting for the replacement order, I received another bag of 40 DEAD crickets.

    TAKES FOREVER TO GET AN APT THEN THEY TURN YOU AWAY BECAUSE IT WAS PASSED GROOMING DATE my sons under Hospice care and tried to find a mobile groomer to no avail! Now that all the mobile grooms "were to busy" still blaming COVID! We tried PETCO who were weeks out then turn us away because she's matted!!!! She wasn't when I called to make the appointment she's been there before they knew her!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR SHITZU TO PETCO

    Deserve no stars. Worst Customer service I have ever received. I have been coming here for years. I am discussed with the behavior of this staff. for the vet that is working today If you don't want to service animals find another job!!!Schedule my dog for a 2:15 vaccine and was 4 minutes late due to a car stopping on freeway. Received a call from staff at 2:27 made aware of issue she stated ok we will see you when you arrive upon arrival 2:29 stated the Veterinarian had left. told the vet was unable to wait 4 minutes and I need to reschedule. Shameful. Professionalism thrown away these days. business does not have time for their customers.

    Please don't take your dog to the VETCO Clinic here. Dr. Amber Fuller and the assistant Faith, are very rude and unprofessional. I've been to the clinic about 4 or 5 times to get my pup his shots. 1st time we paid for the bundle and they "forgot" to give my dog the Lepto shot. Which we specifically wanted because we are outdoors a lot of the time with our dogs. My dog is a Doberman and they are known to have their tail and ears cropped. Dr Fuller made comments about my dogs ears and was surprised that they still allow that saying poor thing. We have had the assistant Faith check us in almost every single time. On the last visit which was today. I had my nephew with me and my pup. We walked in there was a husky barking at everything. We get in line in the aisle and this husky kept barking at every dog. So of course my pup is going to bark back. This is a clinic and a cheaper route for most people so usually you have to stay in a line in the aisle where there are multiple dogs around you. I don't have any issue with that but what I have an issue with is Faith singling my pup out of the mix. I was in the back of the line and Faith the assistant went all the way around the aisle to tell me to please move into another aisle. I was honestly shocked because multiple dogs were barking not only mine. The husky in the front of the line was causing the issue which was already next to check in. But I agreed and went into the other aisle where she said to go. And as I'm waiting with my nephew and pup multiple people are getting in line and getting checked in. I'm pissed at this point! I had move myself into the front and stare at her to realize hey what about us for her to finally come by us and continuously apologize. She checked us in and then proceeded to tell me. "Im sorry but is there any way you can go back to the spot you were waiting before and I'll just have to doctor come get you?" Like what! I have never had any issue before with my dog sitting in line with every other dog but this by far was the worst experience I have ever had because of her and Dr. Amber Fuller. I was already annoyed and irritated at this. And what topped the cake was when Dr. Amber Fuller came and got us and told me that on my account it looks like my dog was put down as Very Aggressive and Very reactive! I was like you gotta be joking as my dog was giving the vet tech kisses. Then she kept apologizing after I said well that is really good information to know. She said well it must have been a mistake and I'll just delete from your account. Thank god it was my pups last visit with them! It seems they can't handle large dog breeds even if they're puppies otherwise you might just get an opinion when you didn't ask for one. And yes I did call to make a complaint but they were also useless they said they would just add a note to my account. Petco is an awesome store but I don't recommend taking your dog to there VETCO clinic. Will be going back to Tractor Supply for there yearly shots. Shame on you Dr. Amber Fuller and your assistant Faith. Do better!

    For a big box pet store it is about as good as it get in my opinion, not that I have been to all of them but I have been to a few of them.

    Lots of good selection. The trainer there is very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer training, vet check ups, shots and nip and snip.

    Jo'Ann is amazing. Our vet commented that our chihuahua mix needed more frequent nail trims so we…read morehired Jo'Ann. After a month of weekly visits, she told us that weekly trims weren't necessary and to try every other week. What groomer turns down income for the best of her clients! That's impressive! As time went on, we started worrying that our pup was having a bad experience so we went back to vet trims while we looked at other groomers. But it's so expensive and such a hassle! After much deliberation we called Jo'Ann back and scheduled. Today, she came over and hadn't started her generator, so my little K'Ehleyr got her eyes on Jo'Ann and started running to her! Once the generator was started, K'Ehleyr wanted to go home. When I handed her over to Jo'Ann, she buried her head in Jo'Ann's shoulder. She only does that to people who make her feel safe. What's more is that, even though she had to have an ingrown nail removed (which hurt!), she had a dog smile when she came back. I guess that she picked her groomer!! Thanks for all you do Jo'Ann!!!

    Now that I've been using DHDC for several months, I think I can give a complete review of their…read moreservices. They're pretty reliable. They let you know when they're going to be late. They also give you a chance to confirm future appointments by texting you a couple of days prior. They're also pretty responsive when you text them with questions. They're very good at deshedding my rottie (he sheds like crazy!). I had Andrew as a groomer for the first three or four times. Then I got Alaina. And the last groomer I had was Jo'Ann. Andrew was very thorough and detailed, but unfortunately he no longer works there. He even checked and expressed Duke's anal glands. Every appointment with Andrew was awesome!! Then Alaina, she either didn't cut/Dremelled Duke's nails at all or did very little. And afterwards, Duke got very sick: he became very lethargic, had poor appetite, had dry bumps all over his body, and his coat was falling out by the chunks. He needed to be taken to the vet and put on antibiotics and pain medication because he had such a horrible reaction to something (either cologne or maybe poorly sanitized equipment). It took about two weeks for him to feel better, but his coat was still falling out and he had dandruff all over (normally his coat is very shiny without dandruff). Our third groomer was Jo'Ann. This time I made sure that Duke was only bathed with their oatmeal shampoo and no cologne sprayed on him. Seems like she Dremelled his nails down. I asked her if she checked his anal glands because he has been licking back there a little too much and she told me that dogs get their anal glands expressed automatically while they defecate (yes, I know), but she didn't even check until I asked her. I wish all the groomers worked the same way. Again, Andrew was the most detail-oriented one and I wish he was still working there. I will keep using their service. However, I am somewhat hesitant to recommend them.

Most groomers do not want to risk grooming a dog who could possibly have a seizure at any moment, but not Lovet. They accept pets with medical conditions and our staffed to handle medical issues should one happen. Our groomer is Ashely. She is amazing and gives Nascar-Nascie tons of love and compassion.

    I was a loyal customer at Goodyear Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Unfortunately, since Lovet…read moretook over, my experience has steadily declined. About a year ago, my dog tore her ACL (I believe it's called a CCL in dogs). We were referred to the Glendale location for surgery. While preparing for the procedure, they mentioned she was coming up on her rabies vaccine. She had always been on the 3-year rabies schedule and was around 8 years old at the time. They offered to administer the vaccine during surgery, and given that my focus was on getting her through the operation, I agreed without hesitation. Fast forward to now, I received an email stating her rabies vaccine was due. That didn't make sense since she has consistently been on the 3-year vaccine. When I stopped by to pick up Zoee's medication, the front desk staff acknowledged it appeared to be the same dosage and said they would message the vet to see if the record could simply be corrected to reflect the 3-year vaccine. Less than an hour later, a vet tech called and told me Zoee would need to come in for another rabies shot regardless. I explained the situation, but was told it didn't matter. After going back and forth, I said I would bring her in, but I did not feel I should have to pay an exam fee for what appears to be a documentation error on their end. I even asked for a veterinarian to call me directly to discuss it, but no one ever did. It's disappointing after being a customer for over a decade to feel like concerns are dismissed and that the focus is more on fees than accountability or communication. Based on my recent experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before bringing their pets here.
