Called Shampooch, explained the situation and Craig was able to schedule an appt, promising to be gentle with our little girl. Josephine and Craig took time to meet with me and Lila. We discussed Lila's furcut, what I wanted for her. The grooming area looks like a salon. Clean and organized. They have these little gated spaces for pups to have their own chill out space while waiting to be picked up. Lila was so relaxed in her chill zone space when I walked in. She was ready to be picked up 2.5 hours later. Lila looks fantastic. She looks serious in the pictures but she was all smiles and wiggles, I was lucky to get her to sit still. Highly recommend. I booked our next appointment before I left. The facility is in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

The great reviews on Yelp, Yellow Pages, and Yahoo led us to Woof Spa. We will definitely continue to get our dog groomed at Woof Spa after how happy our doggie was after getting groomed by Eui! I can't say enough of how happy I was with the experience and the result. I've been bringing my dog, Wally, to Happy Paws from the beginning, so I've had plenty of…read moreopportunity to see the patience and care Lucy and her team bring to their work. Wally has anxiety around grooming and other dogs, so finding the right groomer was not easy. Lucy took the time to understand what makes him comfortable and has always adjusted her approach to meet his needs. She has been incredibly patient with him, and over time she has earned my complete trust. What stands out most is that Lucy does not treat every dog the same. She gets to know their personality, temperament, and comfort level and works with them accordingly. She is also always learning and looking for new ways to make the experience better, especially for dogs like Wally who need a little extra care. The small things also say a lot. When one of Wally's grooming appointments fell on his birthday, Lucy made it special for him with extra treats. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect example of the genuine affection she has for the dogs she cares for. Lucy and her team are always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. More importantly, it is clear that they truly care about the dogs entrusted to them. I would recommend Happy Paws without hesitation, especially to anyone with an anxious dog or one who needs a more patient and individualized approach.

To my mind, it's very unfair for there to be a 2014 poor rating when there was a previous owner. I just lost one of my dogs, Ulee, and Danielle was very empathetic. Her daughters are often in the shop.I have enjoyed seeing them grow from babies to beautiful young girls. I've never written a Yelp review before, but have read quite a few. I think you should think about the effect you'd have of a poor review, then think again and don't send it unless it's really substantive, like being charged exorbitantly, for instance.
