I love this…read morepetshop, but objectively speaking I feel like it should be 3 stars. ~ It's pretty small so there isn't much selection. ~ Customer service, although they're surrounded by mounds of cuteness, still seem a bit tired and unenthusiastic. But on the bright side, the employees know their cute puppies. The ones in the window display are some of the most adorable dogs I have ever seen in my life. Guaranteed to be a heart-warmer, melting even the coldest and iciest people. Do it, just to be a 7 year old squealing excitedly again.

I walked in looking for a new lead for my westie and was pleasantly surprised by the great service and product knowledge. It's nice to know some people pride themselves on getting to know their products and being nice to customers. Good array of products with lots of different brands to choose from.

You can also bring your dog in store to try on the outfits. They also have a photo shoot booth to take some glam shots of your pooch. They do night classes as well. The clothes aren't cheap but if you love your dog it's worth it :-) I don't live locally but wish I did.

The pets don't even realise how much free advertising they provide for the place. In saying that this pet shop knows their pets and the staff there are flawless when it comes to the sometimes-tricky questions they are faced with. It's really set up fantastically and even though I haven't owned fish since my childhood, I get compelled to have a walk through their little aquarium and constantly get amazed looking at all the different types of fishes they have swimming around. It is important for the store to have a lot of supplies and they do for all types of strange pets like lizards and ferrets but when I had a cat (poor thing got run over) and went there he would be spoiled like a child at Christmas. You can't help but buy the interesting and suitable products for your pet and I know some big pet lovers who would definitely empty their wallets there. They have like gated sections for you to sit in and let your four legged friend off the lead while they wait in anticipation for the goods. Unacceptable! It was…read moremy dog's first groom / hair cut. I had mentioned that he didn't like the hair dryer. After he was washed and they started trying to dry him, he started barking. The solution was to yell at him. Following this, he understandably continued to bark and so his face was held firmly so he could be directly yelled out. Then a hand was put into his mouth to try further to stop him barking. Interesting psychology to calm a scared puppy!!! Understandably we left without having his hair cut.
