This Pet Shop is poorly run. Staff are not well trained. They say that there staff are all Vet assistants which is a lie. There staff also judge client's when they walk into the store. If you look like you don't have money to spend they won't serve you or will just completely ignore you. I have watched many people in my local community walk out of this Pet Shop due to its bad service. The staff are also rude speaking to people. Other Pet Shops in the local area would like to see this shop closed for they also are suspect on how they are treating the animals they are selling to the public. read more

I have always found everyone friendly and helpful and I don't spend much at all - they have a good range and grain free dog food which is hard to get sometimes - love the DYO hydra bath - I am a shopkeeper by trade and very aware of how I am being served - they have always been great. read more

I have been a customer of this shop for several years and can see a a large decline in service of late - today I attended the store in my lunch break to by dog food and I walked around the store yelling out hello hello and no one was around to serve me. There was gentlemen (staff member) in the fish area and that was it and he never came to serve me. Five minutes is more than long enough to wait for someone to serve me and then I left in disgust.
