First of all, it's in a great location, just past Malvern Central Shopping Centre (towards Glen Ferrie Rd) so it's easy to find, and they have their own parking in the back behind their building. You have to be careful to not miss it though because it is an old house with a sign out the front. The reception staff and nurses are very friendly and personable. They absolutely love their job and it shows. I've only met one of the vets but I'm sure both are friendly and know their job well. They also sell lots of good products like dry food, wet food, treats for your pets, toys, leads, collars and pet beds! It's like a mini emporium in there. They are open extended hours to suit the needs of everyone as well! If you're in the market for a vet and this place is in your area definitely have a look!

I recently saw Alice who I am so grateful to because she diagnosed the funny lump on my dog as being cancerous and was able to book her in for surgery the next day to remove it. Bella is now cancer free and happy her stitches are out! I was a bit emotional about it all and Alice and the nurses were so sweet and helpful especially in their after care advice. I don't often post reviews but I feel like I hit the jackpot when it comes to the care of my lab, my cat, and Craig has even seen my bearded dragon Albert when he was looking flat. So thank you all!!!

THE MOST SENSATIONAL PET GROOMERS! This is the most amazing…read morepet grooming service I have come across. Cally the owner is so wonderful with the animals and my puppy adores her. The dogs aren't caged up when they are waiting to be groomed, they have an open play area where they can socialize, my puppy just loves it and she is so much more sociable with other dogs since going there. That is not all, the quality of the service is a bargain for what you pay. Cally and her colleges do a wonderful job at grooming my puppy and Cally (who used to be a vet nurse) also picked up that my puppy had an ear infection, which I was unable to identify myself, which in the long run has saved me a ton in vet bills as I was able to treat her immediately. I would highly recommend this groomer for any pet.

If you do need to come here, make sure you bring your credit card, and be prepared to pay. Usually they take a $500 part payment before they will even do an initial consultation. On the 2 occasions I went here it was to take two sick kittens. Both needed to be put down, but only after they had tried to rehydrate them, both occasions ended up costing $1000 plus. However, my parents have used AE when their cat ripped out her stitches after desexing and pulled out all her intestines. Their bill was in excess of $1500, but the cat survived and is going strong. The fact is in the position, most people will opt for this type of service rather than watch their animals suffer.
