I love this petshop, but objectively speaking I feel like it should be 3 stars. ~ It's pretty small so there isn't much selection. ~ Customer service, although they're surrounded by mounds of cuteness, still seem a bit tired and unenthusiastic. But on the bright side, the employees know their cute puppies. The ones in the window display are some of the most adorable dogs I have ever seen in my life. Guaranteed to be a heart-warmer, melting even the coldest and iciest people. Do it, just to be a 7 year old squealing excitedly again. read more

We purchased a pup assured it was vaccinated only to take it to the vet to find out that it was 4 weeks behind in vaccination AND the query on the pup's eye I had prior to purchase will cost $300 to correct a congenital (born with) problem that both the original vet and breeder ignored Have not had any response from store management. My partner and i bought an 8 week old golden retriever pup from the store, only to have to take her to the vet days later for surgery. It's been 3 weeks now and after attempting to contact the owner about the $2000 plus vet bills we have been ignored by the store, owner and there head office is uncontactable about the matter. Our pup had a 7 day health guarantee so her bills should be covered by the store. after the final test results came back her ilness was caused by unsanitary pens either in the shop or 'breeder' and the virus she picked up was quite severe. do not buy a dog or any animal at this pet shop!!!!! i reluctantly purchased a dog from this pet shop in 2012 and i was told that they would change the ownership details for me.. (i actually have the form on me with this information). i called central aminal records this week to update an address and they advised that the ownership is still in the pet shops name.. i called and spoke to a girl and i was bascially told to fill out another form and bring it into the shop for them to sign... what service!!!! my dog is still registered to this pet shop and after expressing my anger at them for not processing the form, i was hung up on twice when trying to sort the issue out. the girl i spoke to was extremly rude so my advice is to stay away from this place. read more

My partner and I bought the litter mate of Jasmine's puppy, only to have had to have him put down two days ago - at 12 weeks of age. Honey also came to us with a serious infection in his guts and received emergency surgery within a fortnight of arriving to his new home. Regrettably, this was only the beginning of numerous trips to the vet and animal emergency hospitals - ultimately determining that a happy and healthy life for him was not going to be viable. We have been devastated by his loss and didn't think the situation could get any worse until we found out by strange coincidence that his litter mate was going through the same traumas. We are now paying off $5000 in vet bills and have no puppy to show for it. We did everything we could for our boy but the damage was already done before we bought him home. DO NOT support this store, it is very clear that they are still illegally supporting puppy farming. I wouldn't wish this pain on any other puppy or their owner and the only way we can ensure this is by boycotting this repulsive practice. Clarissa, you should be ashamed of making such an immature, childish post. These animals are suffering pain that no creature great or small should ever have to endure. Perhaps it's time for you to grow up from your 7yo mindset and start thinking about something other than yourself. read more
