My 100-pound Great Pyrenees has been getting groomed here for over a year now. Before finding…read moreEarthWise, we tried several other groomers and were never happy with either the haircut or the amount of time it took--often more than four hours. Since switching to EarthWise, we couldn't be happier. They always do an amazing job, everyone is incredibly kind, and Caitlin has my big fluffy guy looking his best in about two hours. I should have written this review a year ago, but what finally prompted me to do it was an experience I had recently with one of my foster dogs. He's a 5-month-old puppy who had spent his entire life tied outside on a rope, so he was absolutely terrified of leashes and unfamiliar places. He would plant his feet and refuse to move. At 55 pounds, he's already a strong boy! I managed to get him close to the front door, but he simply would not go inside. The staff was unbelievably patient and compassionate. They brought out treats to encourage him, but when he was too scared to take them, they never rushed him or forced the situation. Instead, they gave him the time and space he needed to feel as comfortable as possible. When it became clear he wasn't going to walk in on his own, they gently picked him up and carried him inside so he could get his bath. After he was all cleaned up, they refused to let me pay. That level of kindness and empathy meant so much to me--and even more to a puppy who had already had such a rough start in life. I would have happily paid extra for the care they showed him. Businesses like this deserve to be recognized, and I will continue to support EarthWise and recommend them to anyone looking for groomers who truly care about both pets and their people.

We have boarded there 4 times now. Each time our dogs came home with fleas and now this last time,…read morekennel cough. I know it's hard when you have other dogs come in (it's like kids at school where parents send their kid sick,) but there has to be a way to keep your location sprayed and treated for fleas. As for kennel cough, I can only say I've been at the front desk when the front desk asked a patron for updated records as they dropped off a dog and when the person said they didnt have them, they replied with "that's ok just send them when you can." That shows they dont pay attention to vaccines in great enough detail. The response shouldn't been, "then your dog can't be dropped off until we get those records." We saved money on boarding in comparison to other places but spent $1000.00 on a vet bill for kennel cough.

Not only does my dog look absolutely adorable every time, but she's never injured, which is the most important thing to me. Also, it's super convenient to have this fantastic groom done while I stay at home, not worried about my dog sitting in a crate for hours waiting to get groomed. Also, Rhea is super popular, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, do it ASAP, so you can possibly get an appointment that works for you and you're respectful of Rhea's time.

After 8 years with this location through several changes of ownership we are done. Last visit my…read moredog was cut and had a bleeding spot that took weeks to get back to normal. I know accidents happen and I got over it. Today my dog was dropped off at 7:30am with an appointment and he still wasn't done at 6pm. Marty apologized and said she was the only one working, but I never would have left my dog for 11 hours had I known this was how he would be treated. He was the 2nd dog in the door this morning and he should have been finished well before. A glance to the back shows half consumed beverages all over and dog fur from many different colored dogs all over the tables and floor. As if going the day with minimal bathroom breaks and no water (she blamed him for not drinking- my guess is that the water was dirty) wasn't bad enough, our little dog still smells disgusting. Like no shampoo was used or he sat in a dirty kennel all day and picked up a nasty scent. Just not acceptable. For $75 a groom, we will go elsewhere. As it is, I need to find a place tomorrow to bathe him as he reeks.

I took my corgi in for grooming... and I'm honestly so impressed…read more They made my corgi look absolutely adorable--I was genuinely surprised. It wasn't just a simple trim; they took care of all the essentials like nail trimming and ear hair, and even handled details I hadn't thought of. Everything was done so carefully and thoughtfully. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable the director is about dogs. You can really tell they understand each dog's condition and needs, and they proactively take care of everything accordingly. That gave me so much peace of mind. I'll definitely be coming back here from now on I highly recommend this place, especially for corgi owners!

Went in as a first-time customer and left unimpressed -- not with the groom itself, but with how…read morepricing was handled. Nobody at check-in could confirm the price. The groomer quoted $80, I agreed, and then a different employee told me it was $95 after the fact. I paid it to avoid a scene, but when they asked about booking again, I declined and told them exactly why: two different price points for the same service isn't how you build trust with a new client. Rather than owning that, I got a lecture instead of an actual answer. A first visit should build confidence, not raise questions about whether the price you're quoted is the price you'll pay. Response to owner: I appreciate the response, but this reads like a template. An apology doesn't explain how a first-time customer ends up with three different staff giving three different answers on price, and it doesn't address the $15 gap between what I was quoted and what I was charged. "We'll improve communication" isn't a resolution -- it's a placeholder for one. Happy to reconsider my review if that actually happens.

Similar to the other Southlake location, there were two tables of treats. One had a variety of frosted cookies, of different colors, shapes, and prices. The other had birthday-specific treats and cake mixes. A couple of treats caught my eye. One was a pecan cake of significant portion, served in a tin container. The other was a frosted, rectangular-shaped sandwich cookie. For this occasion, I chose the latter. For the cookies, there were small pouches. I had concerns about storing the treats in open pouches. When I went to purchase the treats, an employee placed a sticker to close the pouch.

Taking no responsibility and offering no resolution. In regards to your response - my dogs were in your facility from 7:30am until almost 5pm, which I would not consider brief. This just adds up to the lack of information you are aware about your operations. I truly hope you review your cleanliness and health procedures for the sake of all pets.
