Products include foods, treats, medications, accessories, pet furniture, etc. This particular PetSmart is in the Hempfield Square shopping center. I recently shopped here for my cat and dog. This PetSmart had fully stocked and organized shelves of merchandise. It sold many but not all of the name brands that my pets like, such as Fancy Feast wet cat food, Temptations treats, Tidy Cats litter, and bully sticks. Prices were average compared to other brick-and-mortar stores and slightly higher compared to online stores. A rewards program does offer some discounts. Furthermore, this PetSmart offers services such as adoptions, a veterinarian, dog-training, and grooming.

Not only that, but the staff is very rude and there is one manager that shouldn't be a manager. I get people have different stories, but her attitude and hygiene are dreadful. Customer service in general should be coached too cause everyone runs away, get agitated or ignores me if I ever need help. I enjoy going here and I understand pet stores have polices just like any store, but all I can say is woof...

He's always visiting reptile and animal shows in The area and bringing in new things. I've seen tons of different reptiles and lizards, fish, furry rodents and bunnies and different birds and all kinds of cool stuff. In fact my boyfriend and I have owned a handful of different creatures from here. The prices are pretty expensive for most products in the store besides the actual pets and feeder animals. But they do have everything you would need even unique things. And it's a small business in an old plaza that I kno for a fact the landlord charges a lot for the space and doesn't give back much for it so I don't mind supporting Dave. He's The owner and is a very nice guy and easy to get along with and very knowledgeable friendly and helpful about all animals and subjects dealing with animals. And he also has lots of volunteers working there that know there stuff too usually. I also like going to see the store cat Panda who is very cute but doesn't like held! But overall this is the best local pet shop in the area and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

When we brought our pup to Latrobe, we were pleased to see that the grooming area is open to the public to see what is going on. This was our first visit with Brandon, and he was very attentive to our pup's grooming preferences. He listened well to our concerns and suggestions. We did return to this location before we received the call that our pup was finished with his appointment. Our intention was not to oversee Brandon's process, but we were able to see how both he and our pup were interacting. Brandon was very detailed in his grooming with our pup, and he took his time. We appreciated that he was this detailed and patient. Our pup looked great when Brandon was finished. We were very happy to book our pup's next appointment with Brandon. When we checked out, we were pleasantly greeted by Taylor who lavished praises on our pup. She also thoughtfully looked to see if there were any discounts she could apply to our order and to our pleasant surprise there was a coupon! We were very thankful for Taylor's attention to detail and willingness to assist a first-time customer. We will certainly be back to this location. It is a 35-minute drive from our house (and the other location is less than one mile from our house). The amazing service and people who work here are more than worth the drive!

Also, I like that they have clinics for your pets and that pets are welcome in the store.

I was out one day just running around wherever I wanted to go and ended up in this plaza in Youngwood and decided to just pop into stores and see what they had to offer. The Pet Market is an inviting place that greets you as soon as you walk in the store and they check up on you throughout your time in here. Some may view that as overbearing but other find it to be a rather great customer service experience. I wasn't really in need of anything when I walked in here, but I just wanted to browse to see what they have to offer. A lot of the items in here are aimed at a healthier lifestyle for your fur baby. Which is welcomed, especially if your fur baby is getting up there in years. Prices are a little up there, but you are paying for a better product the cost is worth it.

You can also tell that all products are high quality, but everything is still reasonably priced. They have an adorable selection of dog toys and leashes which made me wish I had a dog so I could buy some of those. I even saw a corner for hamster supplies.
