Traumatizing experience with All Animals during deceased animal pickup service. I discovered a…read moreferal cat had gotten trapped and died in abandoned TNR cage at the rear of my property. I was devastated to think about how long it might have been there and suffered. It's body had decomposed in the heat and fused with the wire cage. The City of Phoenix Dead Animal pickup has a contract with All Animals and sent one of their "sensitive professionals" to pickup the deceased cat. I'm a frail Senior and the cage was quite heavy. The employee refused to help and immediately began yelling at me that he couldn't wait and I could get fined for the cat being in the cage. I couldn't get the cat out of the cage as it's body was attached to the wires, the employee began yelling and refused to help and wouldn't accept the cat with the cage. He was highly agitated and at one point for no reason yelled, "Don't touch me!" He finally just got in his truck and left. An emotionally draining experience made much worse by an out of control employee with anger issues.

Unfortunately, my late, sweet angel of a Bichon Frise has recently passed, however it was extremely helpful to have brought her here to this facility to understand more in depth the severity of her medical issue. Not only is the staff here so friendly and empathetic, they are also punctual, efficient and very honest. My dog sitter ended up taking my dog here one night while we were out of town to deal with her chronic vomiting. The vet caring for her that evening spoke with me directly over the phone to go over treatment options. I thoroughly appreciated her honesty. I ended up having to take my dog back here one night a few weeks later due to the vomiting starting up again and her primary vet also suggested what she's going through needs to be handled at an actual animal hospital. This second visit was just as efficient and also they were kind enough to waive certain fees due to us returning back to them in such a short amount of time. I also like the fact that we're able to use payment plan options via Affirm. That was extremely helpful for me during this previous emotionally tumultuous season. Overall, great urgent animal care location. I highly recommend them.

He'd had a full check up within weeks and actually was at VEG about a month before for an unrelated GI issue. We had unfortunately been to several other emergency vets before making it to VEG, as we were out and about when the crisis started. I also had my little pug with me as getting care for my Great Dane was a bigger priority than taking her home. Once again the staff at VEG surrounded us with compassionate care. Nothing could have changed the outcome of the day but I am so grateful that at every moment the VEG staff was working to save my dog and caring so much for all of our comfort. They immediately got several large beds and a blanket for him to lie down and offered me a cushion. They handled him with love and checked on us in so many ways. And they tried. At one point we had something like 6 people working to stabilize him and everyone was focused and on task. I felt they worked on him not like a job but as if he was their own. I know its hard to work on a holiday and I know his death was emotional for everyone. But thank you all because at least I was with him to the very end and he knew he was being cared for. Being able to be with your dog throughout care is such a meaningful difference in the veterinary industry and in both owners and pets experience with vet care, and I feel like VEG always has such caring people. Thank you, though honestly have to say I'm hoping to see you all less in 2026.

We receive daily updates and pictures (honestly something to look forward to during your vacation) and know they are being taken care of while we're gone. Even though we've been using her service for almost a year and a half, she will always text us before every trip to make sure nothing has changed. Kristine is truly a pet owner's dream - you don't need to worry your pets are being taken care of because you know they will be by Kristine and her employees! Her website is so easy to use and you can book months ahead of time, there's so many places to leave notes about house care (eg. You need plants watered) and specific animal care. We really could not be more lucky to have found her to take care of them! She is always reachable if something changes and she has really made going on vacation a dream. I will recommend her (and her company) to anyone that asks and will continue to use her as long as she's in business. I could not give her a more glowing review!

Their puppy program was a great socialization resource, and we've continued on with obedience and leadership. She helps train the pup as well as the humans. Aly curates advice specific to each dog, explains training exercises and proposes alternate options, and truly bonds with the animals. You can tell she's very thoughtful about the whole experience for every pup in the room. Not many people can wrangle 8-10 good dogs in training, but she makes it look easy. Highly recommend putting your dog in training as an indoor summer activity. I haven't yet tried their boarding, but I know that day will come eventually! We're lucky to have this place.

We were given advice on how to get him to come out of his shell. By the 4th and final class, he was rolling on the ground with the other puppies. We signed him up for another class because we were happy with the progress so far. He continues to learn new skills and his behavior has improved drastically. I believe every puppy needs training so they know what you expect from them. These classes helped us get to that place with our goofy guy. We are grateful for the help!

Not having to drive Benny Boy to the vet in anticipation of what the appointment would be like - a white sterile room with cold floors..... made such a difference in saying goodbye. He sat on his blanket, in his favorite spot, and with his head resting on me the entire time. The kisses he gave me during the whole experience were so very special to me. He wasn't scared. He still felt love. Dr. Elena was squeezed into a small space, sat behind him (which wasn't done at the vet's office) and I don't think he knew she was even there, she was so gentle and non-intrusive. She was reassuring and gently would explain what she's doing and what Benny Boy was experiencing - and that his breathing and movements were all normal. All I had to do was look at her with a questioning face, and she knew what I was asking. Having my other pup, (Blue) there was also special. She doesn't really give kisses - and kissed Dr. Elena during the experience!!!! Blue felt safe with her too. I'd imagine her job may be emotionally challenging at times, but PLEASE know she MADE A DIFFERENCE IN OUR LIVES YESTERDAY IN SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WAY. Thank you.
