With the less than good reviews in everything I see here at the Monroe St., Petsmart. The. Well apparently this Groomer does not know what they're doing. Therefore they're not going to come within a country mile of my dog. Perhaps that Groomer should consider another line of work. But from what I read, they seem to lack the patience to take care of a pet, which means they should be doing what they're doing. There's no excuse for what they've done to the other dogs. No excuse whatsoever. They got into the business because they thought they were going to make a lot of money but if you're not cut out for that type of work, then it's time to leave there's more to a job than just money. If they're even trained as a groomer I would be surprised.

John's post training emails included reviews of our training, handouts on what we talked about, and homework to work on. I recommend Let's Train to everyone.
