Best pet store to shop at in town. Always very helpful and they have sales all the time. Their dog shampoo area is also well kept and built so you don't break your back trying to wash your dog. They provide a waterproof apron, shampoos, towels and a dryer. Highly recommend this location. The managers and staff actually care about customers' satisfaction. read more

This is such a great place to come and take care of your fur babies, fish babies, feather babies, etc. They have a lot of great features including a grooming area, self service dog washing area and even an on site pet veterinarian preventative service ever Saturday. Today they also had a great Halloween pet party with costumes, decoration, and free stuff for the pets and kiddos. I also love their rewards program. I get coupons in my email for 20% or more off occasionally. This really helps with buying dog food. Overall definitely worth visiting. Come and check in out. read more

Brian in grooming is the best groomer we have ever been to! I think we r have been going to him for about a year now and he takes care of all of our fur babies! He does such an amazing job with the full groom for pancake and we couldn't be more thankful for him. We leave our pups with him in complete confidence. When we drop off our dogs they are just as happy to see Brian as they are to see us at pick up and it makes us feel so good to know our pups leave smelling and looking fabulous THANK YOU BRIAN!! Might I mention we drive 30+ minutes to go to Brian!!! read more

I took my Golden Doodle to Brian at Pet Supplies Plus for grooming. For those of you who don't know a Golden Doodle is a cross breed dog that is rather large. Mine is extremely friendly and very hyper. Brian took the time to chat with me about him while he checked his coat, skin, ears, mouth, and paws. He asked me about the type of grooming I was looking for and was quite thorough in gaining an understanding of our lifestyle and what type of cut would best fit Cooper. I felt comfortable leaving Cooper with him. Two and a half hours later he called to let me know that my dog was ready. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it took me two additional hours to get there. Brian called just as he was getting off and learned that I was still 30 minutes away from the store. He waited for me even though he had no responsibility to do so. This act in itself will drive me back to Pet Supplies Plus groomers over and over. I must say that the job he did on my dog was better than superb. I am extremely pleased with their service. read more

Every time I go in here I leave with a free gift it seems or at least a great deal.. This time it was a Halloween treats for my grandson and granddogs. They are conveniently located with lots of parking and they have easy pet wash stations that are available for DIY. They are high so you won't need to bend down washing your pet. They offer a nice array for the holiday and birthday celebrations as in costumes and dog birthday cookies. If you like fish they have plenty to choose from and even saw some cute ferrets. . I appreciate the customer service you will find here. Their Friendly and helpful team will bring you back ... read more

Always friendly and helpful each time I go there. Clean and organized. Their prices are low and have great incentives. They have a diy dog bathing area for 10 $ for 30 mins or frequent wash program and purchase 5 washes for 30 $. Never let me down. Great with my fur baby. read more

The employees picked on customer in store. She was disabled. Rude staff and not helpful at all. Don't shop there.

Been twice so far, but both times were good experiences. The dog wash station is great and stocked well. Large stock on food and toys. Your staff has been very helpful and nice. All in all a great pet supply store all around. read more

I had wrote a review after a visit that I had that I felt was uncharacteristic of what I've experienced in the past. It was very unusual but made me feel disappointed. I am updating this because of how they handled this afterwards. They reached out to me to explain what had happened that led to my concern. I found that to be very professional and appreciate they took the time to do that when they didn't have to. It speaks volumes to their level of customer service. As far as the store goes, it is great to have so much variety of products. I can find items there that I can't get anywhere else or would have to travel far to get. The store is clean and well organized. I'm actually considering utilizing there grooming area, too. I will continue to be a regular customer there and suggest to anyone that has a pet to check it out read more

At last not a car parts place! Even carries my dog food. Good prices too! Just wish they had more printed collars in large.

I like to shop at pet plus because they are very helpful and friendly and give you a lot of advice to help you with your pets.

I LOVE Pet Supplies Plus!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We come up here all the time. They have hard to find items that other pet stores do not carry. I use the pet washing station at least 3 times a month. It is very easy and they supply everything. Brian in the grooming area is very good. He took his time with Maggie since she scares very easily. read more

Love PSP! I take my dachshund Ginger for grooming and she really likes the groomers. She does not always like new people. They do such a good job! The store also has a great selection. Zero stars- Thought this was going to be a different pet supply store compared to the other big business pet stores in town. The bids are kept in a literal aquarium made for fish. So depressing will not be returning. While the store has large bird cages that have dog beds in them ...My suggestion is to get real bird cages for these birds. Makes it feel like this place doesn't actual care for animals just wants money from local pet owners. read more

I have been into many pet stores and by far this one is very foremost the best customer service I've ever had. They were working on the floor cashing customers out, but they were making sure there customers were able to find everything that they've come into their business for. I've heard about this pet store, and just was able to get into the store on Tuesday afternoon 5/7/2019. I was greeted coming into the store, and was very impressed. I'd definitely drive an extra few miles, traffic just because of this customer service experience. Not anything better than customer service relations. If a business doesn't have this, it causes consumers who are appreciating the hospitality of employees who have acknowledge their customers and I can promise you that means a lot nowadays! May God continue to bless y'all with good service and business to customers!!! A+ I'm going to be bringing my Yorkie to be groomed! I can't wait to see how she's going to look! Thank you for your kindness Tuesday afternoon. I'll be back!!! read more
