But as I was walking towards the back of the store I found a cubby full of java wood branches. These branches are similar to what you would find at a national pet store like Pet Smart and Petco but these were much larger. Also, the prices were pretty good. We ended up purchasing a couple and our little guys love them. When we walked in the owner was there and greeted us. There were a couple of guys working in the back but they never greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. There was another lady there that was helpful and she was the one that answered any questions we had. Would definitely come back for more toys in the future and maybe a bird someday.

They also forgot to send home his medication. I spoke with the owner, he apologized and offered a free exit bath next time. Since they still had his meds I decided to give it one more chance. I dropped him off for boarding and when I went to pick him up no one was at the front desk so I waited. I could hear someone screaming in the back and loud banging noises. Finally she came up to the front desk sweating and looking disgruntled (like she was just yelling at dogs). She saw my face of shock and she put on a smile and was overly nice and complimenting me. She went to go get my dog and when she was in the back she AGAIN started yelling and banging on something telling the dogs to "shut up!!!" I got my dog and left asap. She is not the type of person you want to leave your dog around - her anger towards them was scary. Dogs bark - that's just how it goes. There was nothing to make me believe the dogs were doing anything wrong other than barking because she was primarily yelling at them to shut up and be quiet (as if that would help). DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOGS HERE! You have no idea how they are being treated and if she would do that knowing someone was standing right on the other side of the door - what would she do when no one is watching?

Thank you, sir. I had no idea. He was catty, which is totally not necessary from the owner (he said) and the person taking your money. While I was waiting for my dog, I walked around and looked at some of the merchandise, and everything was dusty ~ on the shelves, the jars of merchandise, everything. It was pretty dirty in there. The machine where you run your card had dust all over it. I understand it's a dog place, but you can dust off your credit card machine and especially the merchandise if you want customers to buy it. All in all, the haircut was OK. And his nails had been clipped and maybe buffed because they were not sharp and ragged like another place we visited. Did not leave feeling good about this place. Note: I have no problem with the tax or the Revenue service! Re-read the review ~ or don't. But don't make it out like I am complaining about the tax. My issue is the price ~ BEFORE tax ~ and the attitude of the employee and the lack of cleanliness. To reiterate ~ even though I was quoted $65 to $75 for my dog, I should have known they usually don't charge the lower amount. Done.

I hired Aquatic Marine to install and setup a tank in my home and was promised "magazine quality"…read more Nearly a year later, we weren't close. I became frustrated with the tank when there was no end in sight, the work was chaotic, scheduling was near impossible, and I discovered that even after paying for routine maintenance none of my equipment had been properly maintained. I decided it would be easier to just start over with a smaller tank, so I gifted my larger tank to the owner, Kinny Parrott, and purchased a much smaller tank that I thought would be easier for them to actually finish and gave them a chance to live up to what they had promised. He and his service manager agreed with no hesitation to store my equipment and livestock until the new tank was cycled and ready to be setup. Instead, they misplaced half my livestock and his service manager came by one evening without any notice and dropped the rest of my fish into the tank before it was cycled and my gem tang and yellow tang both ended up dying. I sought out help from the store to try and save the rest of my fish, and an hour later, received a call from Kinny stating he was firing me because I was bad-mouthing him to his employees which was not the case. He lacks professional courtesy and the skills to deal with any sort of conflict and is one-sided in his beliefs. His communication style is quite aggressive and dismissive, which makes it hard to have an open and honest conversation with him. He proceeded to yell at me and told me that they would not be doing my install anymore and he was not going to return any of my equipment. He threatened us with attorneys and blamed me for being "too hands on with my tank" and said I had unrealistic expectations. He yelled at me on 2 different occasions using me as a scapegoat for both his personal and business issues and never offered an apology for unleashing on me. For months, he had told me that his service manager was overloaded, overworked, and on the verge of burnout and promised changes that never came. When our relationship ended, I was left feeling like their internal problems were passed onto me and I was fired as a result. When I got upset over being fired for no reason and him holding my equipment hostage, I got mad and Kinny proceeded to tell my wife that I must be bipolar. He finally agreed to return a fraction of my equipment after a battle, and several parts were still missing. He still has thousands of dollars worth of my equipment in his possession not including the tank. After gifting him a new tank, purchasing another tank without asking for any sort of discount, and spending thousands of dollars at his store, I was left feeling incredibly taken advantage of. I could go on and on about the customer service, problems that occurred during our time together, and retracted promises, but am hopeful that this brief glimpse into my experience will help prevent someone else from being lied to and taken advantage of. I had been warned about getting involved with Aquatic Marine, and looking back, I wish I had heeded the advice.
