The staff are super friendly, and grooming rates are competitive and fair. I even met the owner--warm, welcoming, and clearly invested in making customers feel at home. It's in a convenient area surrounded by shops and restaurants, so you can easily run errands while your fur kid gets a bath and haircut. Bonus: they also have self-wash stations if you'd rather DIY your dog's spa day. The only hiccup? Their grooming appointment reminders come from a bunch of random numbers, so my phone flagged them as spam and blocked them. Kind of a pain, and I'm deducting a star for this. Hope their system can find a dedicated number. Still, great spot overall--and I'll definitely be back!

Whenever we drive by, Tucker starts squealing of excitement in hopes that we pull into the parking lot - that's how you know they are treated well! We have done day care, training, and boarding there - multiple times up to 10 days of boarding. The day care is great since we work full time & helps to socialize them. They must treat their staff well because we have had the same people working there for 3 years. This helps create stability for our dogs (who adore the staff), and they know our dogs by name. We have recently moved to Allen, and still drive to Coppell to take our dogs here. We have never had a poor experience here & don't know what we would do without them!

Based on that quote, we scheduled the procedure and dropped him off expecting exactly what was discussed. Then 3.5 hours later after our dog was already in their care, we received a call with a completely different price. Changing the cost after the fact is unacceptable. At that point, you're putting pet owners in a pressured position with very little ability to make an informed decision. Any potential pricing changes should have been communicated before taking our dog back, not hours later. This felt like a bait-and-switch. We agreed to the procedure based on the original quote, and suddenly the number changed once they already had our pet. That's not transparent, and it doesn't build trust. Veterinary care is stressful enough. The last thing clients should worry about is whether the price they were quoted will actually be honored. Very disappointing experience and not something we would expect from a professional clinic. We will not be coming back with our kiddos.
