We will absolutely be back for regular nail trims and any other grooming needs. They went above and beyond and gave me a heads up when another dog was coming through so I could distract my dog so she wouldn't react. I was so nervous to bring my dog somewhere new and we had the best experience! I was also amazed to see how many simple ingredient food and treat options they had for my sensitive girl who has lots of allergies.

They were able to do everything requested - wash, dry, ear clean, nail trim and anal glands. I came back to a happy, non stressed dog! To give some context- - my dog hates nail trims where he yelps before you even start. They were able to do all nails - he doesn't mind ears touched but forget about cleaning - usually need 3 people to hold him for anal gland expressions- groomer (Jordan) said he didn't even make a peep Also they don't use muzzles! I love that especially bc my dog isn't trained for muzzles and I wouldn't want him in one just for grooming. Best way to get ahold of them is text message imo. They're a small business- support them!

Thankfully, my boyfriend recommended I go see Miss Sara. I don't like car rides and I ain't too keen on meeting new folks. My mommy was thinking I was gonna wild out. But Miss Sara and Miss Jordan are such good cuddlers and soothed me so well, I was super good and not nervous at all! I had some mats in my bum, an overgrown nail or three, and a lot of hair in my ears. Miss Sara was on it and told my mommy I may need an antibiotic. She really looked after me. I'm tired but I love how really soft and fluffy I am!! If you want more than a "groomer", then you have to ask your humans to take you All About the Dogs! It's the best place ever!! Over the years, we have tolerated long appointment times, delayed pick-up times, and grooming services that are not differentiated from other local groomers. TODAY I waited for over 15 minutes to check my dog in! The receptionist inexplicably left while the groomer consulted with the customer ahead of me. When the groomer was done, she left me alone in the "waiting" room. The receptionist soon returned and could not find the appointment for my dog! I will NEVER pay their prices when customers are so taken for granted.

She was kind, patient, and really connected with my nervous guy. One thing that really struck me about StF is that they go out of their way for customers. While my dog was scheduled at large dog pricing based on his weight, she made it a point to downgrade him to medium when she saw him in person. When I asked if I could add on an additional service for an additional price, she told me they'd be happy to do it for no extra charge. They also text you pictures of your pet, which made my day. I'll be a Scruffy to Fluffy loyalist from here on out. Thank you for taking such great care of my guy!

At my next visit, I was charged $78, which appears to include that $20 fee without any explanation beforehand. When I tried to ask about it, the front desk employee didn't address my concern directly and instead told the owner I was already disputing the charge. This was frustrating, especially since I hadn't even been informed what I was being charged for in the first place. Clear communication and transparency matter, especially with long-time customers.
