We took our dog to Scruffy to Fluffy for the first time today and couldn't be happier! The lady who helped me was a delight; you can tell she truly loves her clients as if they're her own. She was kind, patient, and really connected with my nervous guy. One thing that really struck me about StF is that they go out of their way for customers. While my dog was scheduled at large dog pricing based on his weight, she made it a point to downgrade him to medium when she saw him in person. When I asked if I could add on an additional service for an additional price, she told me they'd be happy to do it for no extra charge. They also text you pictures of your pet, which made my day. ANOTHER UPDATE!!!!! She freaking texted my sister in law to say something AGAIN!!!! It's easy enough to message people on this app- use that before hitting up my entire family? But. Please don't at this point. The review stands. UPDATE***** So to add onto what I posted below and to explain the reduction from 3 to a 1. Lisa at this company called my fiancé while she was at work and quite literally chewed her out about how it's our fault because some dogs are more susceptible to razor burn and how we should settle things directly instead of involving a third part (this site). WTH... How completely unprofess My fiancé has been coming here for her shih tzu for some time now. Past couple of times my morkie has gone in with her. Overall in the past service has been decent. Last two times though have gotten progressively worse. Last time they gave the shihtzu a really bad razor burn in both her armpits. This time we were told they'd be done 330-4. We arrived in the middle (3:50) and were told it would be another 25 minutes because they were busy today. We came back at 415 and had to wait until 430 for them to be ready. Then they didn't even follow the instructions from when they were dropped off stating "they had their hands full and didn't quite hear the instructions". The morkie has a mustache when we instructed to trim his face they fixed it mostly leaving two big chunks left on his cheeks from it. The shihtzus face was to be rounded like always and almost no hair was left on her. Hoping these last two times were a fluke but I just feel like if we drop our pups off BEFORE NOON it's not unreasonable to have them ready by 330 when you say. read more

I just want to share with everyone that I have a Shih Tzu and for 10 years she has had Ear infections and pussy stuff coming out of her eyes - after my second appointment having my dog to groom at Scruffy To Fluffy Lisa the owner said I should try gluten free dog food... I went to the pet store my dogs been on gluten-free for eight weeks no ear infections no pussy stuff coming out of her eyes it's like she's 5 years younger!!! This was our first visit and we won't be back. We brought our Ragdoll cat Bella in for a groom. We were very specific on what our expectations were given that we had had a previously bad experience at a different groomers.According to the website their grooms include a bath and a blow dry. The technician (who never introduced herself) was very nice and good with Bella so we don't have a complaint there. But she was not given a bath or washed in any way so they just used trimmers and scissors to groom. The room that she was in was very messy & not very clean. And then the prices are supposed to start at $55 including a bath and blow dry etc. My cost was $70 and then they asked for a tip. Plus I had a coupon. I would definitely choose somewhere else to go. read more

We Called the day before Saturday for an appointment for next day and they made it work. They were upfront and honest with how long it would take. They Said they would call when she was ready and because she was a very protective daughter, they may not be able to help us. I got a call earlier than expected. They said Sandy did great and behaved incredibly. They took time to help with tips to help our dog. I couldn't be more please with the service. We will be a retiring customer. Extremely rude staff. Came in for a nail trim and the teenagers that work the desk told us we needed a appointment and when I called to make one, they told me I didn't need a appointment. The manager didn't seem to care that these girls were rude when I let her know. So I wouldn't recommend this place when there are so many other places in the area. read more

I took my little Morkie here to try them out from where I usually go, I told them not to touch her ears because I like them longer and they cut them short and they charged way more then what I pay at the other place, and then asked for a tip! Her face was also butchered up pretty bad there is a spot that sticks up and won't stay down. Needless to say I'm not going to go back. I'm giving them 3 stars though because they were very nice and kind and I was cool that they took a picture of my dog to give me when she was done, but I prefer the other place I go. read more

If I ever move from Grove City, I will drive back there just to take my Gizmo to Scruffy to Fluffy! They are great with my furbaby and she actually gets excited about going there! She always smells so good and they do such a good job on her. She gets to mingle with the other dogs that are either waiting their turn, or just hanging out. I've taken my cat Zoey to the vet for shots and while there asked her to be groomed. She freaked out, howled, hissed and scratched so viciously that they tried sedating her. That didn' t even work so they had to put her completely under anesthesia, which was NOT cheap, but she is so fat she can't wash her nether regions and gets matted and "mud butt". I thought I was stuck paying an exorbitant vet bill (actually took her twice for anesthesia and grooming) until I decided to try Scruffy To Fluffy. I dropped her off and then waited to get that phone call that the groomer was sent to the ER with lacerations, but none came. I stood outside the building and sat on a bench to hear hissing and howling. Nothing. I waitd an hour and went in and there was Zoey, laying on her back on the table purring while she was being brushed! THANK GOD for Scruffy To Fluffy! She is bathed and brushed and best of all no more mud butt! They are Cat Whisperers! Highly recommended! read more

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's nice when you get the feeling that that a place actually cares about their customers. It's a small place, but it doesn't seem to matter. I took my dog in for a bath and they had her done in an hour and called to let me know she was ready. A bath, nail trimming and ear cleaning on my Lab was only about $35.
