They met a new groomer today and she was so patient with them. They smelled 'beautiful, and their nails were painted so pretty. The girls always look forward to their next visit. It's a treat for them :) And always a treat for me to see them 'prissing' around, feeling good :)

The next visit (a different provider delivered the service), the cut was terrible. Our pup's body fur was cut so short while her head had long hair. She looked terrible! It was nothing like the picture we gave as an example. We were home the entire time if any issues/concerns came up. We brush her regularly so matting was not an issue. We complained after the service and they offered to return within 3 days to 'fix it.' We declined because nothing could have been done. I would never recommend this service. I likely wouldn't even go if it was 'free.' Each groomer was kind to me as a customer.

I treat my 'fur babies' as my children, & I was very comfortable leaving my 2 girls there today. We were able to be seen on the same day we tried to make an appointment. The staff is great! They had much information about all the services they provide, & work closely w/a trainer there to teach your animals basic obedience skills. And have the ability to train your animal to Service Animal level For what received, the pricing was beyond what I would call reasonable. 2 large labs were completely groomed, even down to painted toenails ;) for $20/each, due to an in-store special running for the month of January 2016. ($5 extra for the polish) K-9 Resort and Day Spa is the only grooming/boarding/daycare facility in the area that is owned by a Veterinarian. This made me feel so comfortable knowing that IF anything were to go wrong, we were in good hands and my ladies were safe. Also a note: This business operates @ 2 locations.

By 3 pm he was left in the outdoor area alone and he was exhausted by the heat and passed away. My heart is absolutely broken. He was a wonderful, loved, funny, playful, and amazingly sweet bassett hound. His name was Grady. In the afternoons, I would let me play out in my backyard and would sit on the edge of the porch. Instead of playing, he would come up beside me and nudge my arm with his black nose until I put my arm around him. This is an absolute tragedy and these people have no idea how they have changed and affected my life. He slept with me in my bed everynight. He was my best friend and companion, and he should be with me right now. I know several people probably have taken there pets here without any adverse consequences, but from what happened in this situation, it is obvious that there is something lacking. My beloved dog is dead now and he wasn't sick or old. He was only 3 years old. His life was taken from him. For this reason, please do not take your pet to this place. For Grady's sake..... please.

Well when we picked up the dog it was nothing like what was wrote down. Not even close. I called back to try and see if they even communicated with each other on what a client wanted and they stated that they do. So I preceded to ask why was the cut different than what we ask for and no one could give me an explanation except oh we are sorry. So I refused payment and told them that we would not be needing their service any longer. Then Nicky called me back and I told her that we were giving them the benefit of the doubt to get him right is why we took the dog back there. She said well you need to take him somewhere else and hung up. Which I already told them we would not be using them again but I guess stupid people need to get a last word in. Please never use these people that are not professional and that has been told to me by several people saying their dogs were messed up also. Can't post without giving a one star but it needs to be a negative star. BEWEAR OF THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG.
