Well when we picked up the dog it was nothing like what was wrote down. Not even close. I called back to try and see if they even communicated with each other on what a client wanted and they stated that they do. So I preceded to ask why was the cut different than what we ask for and no one could give me an explanation except oh we are sorry. So I refused payment and told them that we would not be needing their service any longer. Then Nicky called me back and I told her that we were giving them the benefit of the doubt to get him right is why we took the dog back there. She said well you need to take him somewhere else and hung up. Which I already told them we would not be using them again but I guess stupid people need to get a last word in. Please never use these people that are not professional and that has been told to me by several people saying their dogs were messed up also. My doodle gets very car sick so I groom at home most of the time, so he doesnt have to travel. He…read morehad a vet appt so we were just down the road, and had just groomed him myself the night before, but I'm nervous about sanitary grooms and hubby was out of town and not able to help me hold him so I called and they let me drop in and did a sanitary groom on him for me. They were very nice on the phone and in person, and very sweet to my puppy! While I know I am not a professional and my at home grooms are not perfect but they make him more comfortable than getting car sick on the way there and back. I keep him clean and mat free. They did not shame me for that or try and push getting him done there instead. She said bring him in anytime I needed help with the areas I'm not comfortable with. I have him shaped up professionally once or twice a year and from now on will make sure we go there instead of anywhere else! They earned a new customer today and will be getting recommendations from me from now on! Thank you ladies!

Since then my family has experienced several instances of rudeness when dropping off and picking up our pups. This last visit, however, my little dog received quite a gnash in his right leg and the grooming was incomplete.
